Addition of the mixture of brown $Mo(O)Cl_3$ (1.00g, 4.58 mmol) in 100mL of methanol to the colorless solution if $ K_3[(OCH_2CH_2)_3N$ (1.20g, 4.77mmol) in 50mL of methanol gave orange crystals of complex 1(2.20g, 1.26mmol) with 27.5% yield based on molybdenum. Pink rod-shape crystals of $ Mo_8(O)_(μ_3-O)_4(μ_2-O)_4(μ_3OCH_3)_2(μ-OCH_3)_4Cl(HOCH_3)_4 · 6(CH_3OH)] were anayzed at 208±1 K : triclinic, space group P(-1) with a=7.8373(4) Å, b=10.1107(5) Å, c=15,0384(7) , α=92.9500(10)°, β=98.4170(10)°, γ=92.2460(10)°, V=11.75.94(10) Å3. Z=1. $d_calcd=2.261 g/㎤, μ_a(Mo Kα)=2.263 mm^{-1}$, gokness of fit on F²=1.000, R=0.0351 and R_w=0.0884$
