Abstract

올해 우리나라의 인터넷 이용자 수가 3,000만 시대에 접어들었으며 수능 e-learning교육 시장이 2000억원 대 수준이 될 것이라는 한국전산원의 전망이 발표되었다 (1). 이런 수치적인 인터넷 시장 전망이 우리에게 의미하는 것은 무엇인가？ 우리나라에서의 인터넷이라는 것은 소수 집단의 점유물이 아닌 일반인들에게 친숙하게 다가가 있는 생활의 한 매체가 되어 버린 것이다.
