Analysis of needs and providing coping strategies for efficient promotion of the u-City IT Infra Construction

Abstract

This study investigated the needs of u-City related civil servants upon guideline which is constituted for efficient promotion of the u-City IT infra construction. It utilized explanatory design in mixed method as a research design. In the research result, respondents needed as follows : 1)law and institutions involved in construction processes, 2)information about engineering techniques with general terms in u-City constructions, 3)reference service models. It proposed implications of constructing the new guideline based upon research results.

본 연구는 u-City IT 인프라구축의 효율적인 추진을 위하여 만들어진 가이드라인에 대한 공무원들의 요구사항을 분석하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 혼합방법론(mixed method) 중 설명설계(explanatory design)를 사용하였다. 연구결과 응답자들은 구축절차에 따른 각종 법/제도와 이해하기 쉬운 기술관련 내용 뿐만 아니라 각종 참조모델 제시 등을 새로운 가이드라인에 요구하였다. 본 연구는 해당 연구결과에 근거한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.
