The Study on the main viewpoints chosen for the landscape simulation evaluation

경관시뮬레이션 평가를 위한 주요 조망점 선정에 관한 연구

Abstract

In this paper, we set up a vista point overlooking the focus of new research center placed on the existing research literature and point to the selection of books, reports or studies actually suggested focusing on topics such as for landscape simulation evaluation. To re-organize and classify a number of items were presented to spill the evaluation items of this view point selection via the SPSS Statistics. Evaluation items 16 through a professional survey to establish a concrete and systematic plan with selected research results leaked technical characteristics of the view that detailed questions to the factors of technical characteristics and population-specific comparisons through factor analysis in the first, landscapes simulation The views were set out. These results provide a framework for analysis and future system reliability and landscape simulation evaluation study is expected to be used as reference material.

본 논문은 경관시뮬레이션 평가를 위한 새로운 조망점을 선정하는 것에 초점을 두어 기존에 연구된 연구문헌 및 도서, 보고서 등을 중심으로 실제로 제시되거나 연구된 항목들을 중심으로 조망점을 설정하였다. 다수의 제시된 항목들을 다시 정리 및 분류하여 이를 SPSS 통계를 통해 조망점 선정의 평가 항목을 유출하고자 하였다. 평가 항목은 요인분석을 통하여 요인의 기술적 특성 및 집단별 비교로 조망점 세부 문항의 기술적 특성을 유출하여 선정한 연구 결과로 첫째, 경관시뮬레이션에 대한 구체적이고 체계적인 계획을 수립하기 위해 전문가 설문을 통해 16개 조망점을 설정하였다. 둘째, 설정된 16개 조망점을 조망점의 속성에 따라 비슷한 성질이나 특성을 고려하여 유형별로 분류하면 공공성, 조망성, 장소성의 3개 유형으로 분류되었다. 셋째, 공공성에 해당하는 조망점은 3개항목, 조망성에 해당하는 조망점은 6개 항목, 장소성에 해당하는 조망점은 7개 항목으로 설정되어, 장소성에 해당하는 조망점이 가장 많이 설정되었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 체계적이고 신뢰성 있는 분석의 틀을 마련하고, 경관시뮬레이션 평가 검토 시 참고 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
