Abstract

This study examined the influence of Career Management Activities on Self-Efficacy among hospital administrative staff. Survey data from administrative employees in university and general hospitals in the Busan-Gyeongnam region were analyzed using multiple regression. Results showed that both Career Planning Activities and Supportive Networking Activities had significant positive effects on Self-Efficacy. Among personal and job factors, only Job Field showed a significant difference, while Gender, Age, Hospital Type, and Clinical Total Career were not significant. The findings suggest practical implications for developing organizational-level Career Management strategies to enhance Self-Efficacy.
