Abstract

This study analyzed factors influencing sleep satisfaction by stress levels. Of the 54,653 participants, 31,611 reported low stress and 23,042 reported high stress. Weighted analyses were performed using IBM SPSS 27.0. Results revealed distinct patterns: low-stress adolescents showed decreased sleep satisfaction with smoking, obesity perception, and feelings of sadness/despair, while high-stress adolescents with higher academic performance reported poorer sleep satisfaction, though lower loneliness improved it. These differential patterns indicate that low-stress adolescents require individualized health behavior interventions, whereas high-stress adolescents benefit from environmental approaches addressing academic pressure and social support. Tailored intervention programs are essential for optimizing adolescent sleep quality.
