초록

This study evaluated optimal heat source systems for a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) considering regional climatic conditions to address its high energy consumption. Busan, Jeju, and Pohang were selected, and a dynamic RAS model incorporating ground-source, seawater-source, and air-source heat pumps was developed using TRNSYS 18. The rearing tank temperature was maintained at 19-24℃, and system performance was analyzed based on the coefficient of performance (COP) and operational characteristics. Results showed that the air-source heat pump exhibited greater performance fluctuations in winter due to outdoor temperature variations, whereas ground-and seawater-source systems provided more stable operation. The ground-source heat pump was identified as the optimal option across all regions. These findings provide guidance for region-specific heat source selection in RAS applications.
