The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships among relational benefits of the franchise coffee shop, customer satisfaction, switching cost and relationship retention intention. The results of this study are as follows: First, among relational benefits, social benefits, psychological benefits, customization benefits and economic benefits had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, among relational benefits, social benefits, psychological benefits, customization benefits and economic benefits had a significant influence on switching cost. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on relationship retention intention. Fourth, switching cost had a significant influence on relationship retention intention. Finally, the conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce relational benefits, customer satisfaction, switching cost and relationship retention intention based on the findings.

The purpose of this study was to analyze narcissism, clothing expected benefits, and make-up expected benefits of female college students and investigate the relationships of them. To achieve the purposes, a questionnaire was conducted to 322 from September 21 to October 30, 2014. The final data was analyzed with spss 18.0 program. The results were follows. First, It was found that narcissism were classified 4 factors of success-oriented narcissism, others-defensive narcissism, recognition-oriented narcissism, appearance-fascinated narcissism. Second, It was found that clothing expected benefits were classified 6 factors and make-up expected benefits were classified 4 factors. Third, there were significant differences of narcissism by major, clothing purchase cost and cosmetic purchase cost. Forth, there were significant differences of clothing expected benefits and make-up expected benefits by major, clothing purchase cost and cosmetic purchase cost. Fifth, there were significant relations of narcissism, clothing expected benefits, and make-up expected benefits of female college students. Thus, it was found that narcissism were related to clothing expected benefits and make-up expected benefits.

U.S. National Research Council proposed benefits framework for energy R&D project as economic benefits, environmental benefits, security benefits and knowledge benefits. Following this framework, U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory evaluated the projected benefits of Federal Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Programs in the indicators of energy-expenditure savings, energy system cost savings, $CO_2$ emissions reductions. oil savings, natural gas saving and avoided additions to central conventional power. As this result, geothermal energy have predominant position in the energy-expenditure savings, natural gas saving and avoided addi t ions to central conventional power to FY2050. The projected benefits, in monetary value, of the whole supply-potential of geothermal energy in Korea were evaluated as 480.2 billion Won, 43.1 billion Won and 135.8 billion Won for the private energy-cost savings, social environmental-cost savings, and import energy-cost saving, respectively.

PURPOSES : This study is to analysis for benefit and construction cost in underpass for small vehicles. METHODS : The study was performed using the traffic software VISSIM 5.20 for analysis on a variety of traffic conditions and analysed of benefits of changes through analysis of travel speed and travel time after modeling of existing underpass and small vehicle underpass. RESULTS : Results of this study, the benefits will be reduced by the introduction underpass for small vehicles were analyzed because heavy vehicles use the intersection above the underpass. However, it was required economic analysis considering both the benefits reduction and the construction costs reduction because it has the effect of reducing the construction cost. Showed that the difference in benefit changes depending on the v/c and heavy vehicles ratio and construction cost was difference by types of underpass. As a result of performing economic analysis with total benefits and construction cost, it was analyzed to be economical in underpass over a certain size. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study are expected to be able to contribute to reviewing for feasibility due to the small vehicles underpass introduction and economic analysis. The study is case study to the underpass in Daegu. Therefore, the future requires the calculation of benefits reflect a wider range of traffic conditions and the economic analysis to construction cost calculation for various types of grad separation facilities.

In this paper, the method on calculating benefits of combined heat and power is introduced for standard evaluation in electrical power system. This paper calculates benefits about new national viewpoint and viewpoint of independent power producers and assesses benefits of combined heat and power in Korea and In Seoul national capital area. Benefit costs are composed of avoid cost of centralized generation, line upgrading adjustment, loss adjustment and electrical power trade cost per year in earlier study, in addition trade cost of $CO_2$, construction cost of combined heat and power for accurate calculation. Benefit of combined heat and power is calculated by simulation results of real electrical power system.

Purpose: In this study the costs and benefits of a home health care program were examined to evaluate the economic feasibility of the program. Methods: The study participants included 349 patients in the community who had been registered at a home health care center for 5 years. The costs and benefits of the program were analyzed using performance data and health data. The benefits were classified as the effects of pressure ulcer care, skin wound care and catheters management. The program effect was evaluated on the change of progress using transition probability. Benefits were divided into direct benefit such as the savings in medical costs and transportation costs, and indirect benefits which included saving in productivity loss and lost future income. Results: Participants had an average of 1.82 health problems. The input cost was KRW 36.8~153.3 million, the benefit was KRW 95.4~279.7 million. Direct benefits accounted for 53.4%~81.2%, and was higher than indirect benefits. The net benefit was greater than 0 from 2006 to 2009, and then dropped below 0 in 2010. Conclusion: The average net benefit during 5 years was over 0 and the benefit cost ratoi was over 1.00, indicating that the home health care program si economical.

The widespread diffusion of Internet has enables companies to conduct business in quite a different way. marketing on the Internet becomes more important as firms adopt electronic commerce as a means to implement competitive strategies. One hundred and four BC shopping mall companies responded to an e-mail and web server survey about the anticipated benefits of electronic commerce and related strategies. The survey also asked about improvements in value chain activities and impediments to the implementation of electronic commerce in Korea. The results indicated that Korean shopping mall companies followed differentiation strategy significantly more than the other two strategies. In addition, six benefits factors were drawn from this study - information, productivity, cost savings, customers, management information, and applications. Productivity factor was related to cost leadership strategy, and customers factor was related with cost leadership, differentiation and focus strategies. Several benefits factors were also correlated with value chain activity improvements. The results of this study were compared with those of research conducted in the United States.

Company-wide initiatives mandate understanding the benefits of adopting e-Business. A benefits evaluation may ensure that the company's Web site in integral, rather than supplemental, to its business and revenue goals. Our research is motivated by the goal of extracting anticipated benefits factors of e-Business in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) in Korea. And we examined the impacts of anticipated benefits factors on the extent of assimilation in SMEs. Eight benefits factors emerged from this study: productivity, competitiveness, management, customer relationship, information quality, interorganization, cost down, and marketing. And competitiveness, customer relationship, interorganization, and marketing were influenced assimilation of e-Business in SMEs. But productivity, management, information quality, cost down did not.
