학교도서관에서 학교도서관업무지원시스템인 Digital Library System(DLS)의 목록입력 규칙을 이용해 서지레코드를 구축해왔다. 그러나, DLS 목록입력 규칙은 규칙 자체가 상세하지 않고, 규칙 상호 간에 모순이 있고, KCR4에 일치되지 않기 때문에, 서지레코드 구축시 표준화된 지침으로 사용될 수 없다. 이에 본고에서는 학교도서관에서 생산하는 서지레코드의 품질을 향상시키고, 표준화된 서지레코드 구축을 위해, DLS 목록입력 규칙의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. DLS 목록입력 지침의 문제점을 조사하기 위해 DLS 목록입력 규칙을 KCR4와 비교 분석하고, 3년 이상 경력의 학교도서관 사서교사를 대상으로 서면 및 전화 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 DLS 목록입력 규칙에서 사용한 용어가 KCR4와 일치하도록 수정이 필요하고, 기술영역별로 목록규칙의 개정이 요구되었다.

학교도서관업무지원시스템(DLS)은 학교도서관 자료에 대한 핵심적 접근 도구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 DLS에서의 학생들의 정보검색행태 분석을 통해 학교도서관 자료 접근성 향상 방안을 탐색적으로 고찰하는 데 있다. 이에 학교도서관에서 DLS 검색을 시도하는 학생 42명을 대상으로 DLS 검색과정을 녹화하고 정보요구 전반에 대한 검색-전 질문지와 검색과정과 결과에 대한 검색-후 질문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 평소 DLS 이용의 주목적이 단순 여가 독서인 경우, 정보요구가 상대적으로 모호한 경우, 그리고 검색과정에서 복잡한 상황을 겪는 경우 등에서 검색 성공률과 검색 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 검색 만족도는 검색시간 충분성에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게, 검색 결과 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 기타 의견으로 정보 통합 검색, 관련 자료추천, 소장 위치 출력, 모바일 앱을 통한 음성 인식, 검색 실수 자동 교정 기능 등 요구가 있었다. 이를 통해 다음과 같이 제언할 수 있다. 첫째, 진학 및 진로정보 제공에 대한 교육 수요자의 요구를 반영하여 DLS 역시 진학 및 진로정보를 제공하는 기능을 보완해야 한다. 둘째, 일반적 정보 검색 시스템 수준으로의 DLS 기능 개선이 필수적이다. 셋째, 학교도서관 현장 인력과 DLS 관리 당국 간 긴밀한 협력을 위한 인프라가 구축되어야 한다.

본 연구에서는 2001년 개발을 시작으로 학교도서관의 자료 관리를 해결하고, 자료의 공동 활용을 위한 데이터 구축을 지원해 온 DLS의 근본적인 문제점을 조사하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구방법으로 DLS 전문위원 9명을 대상으로 자료선정, 자료등록, 대출반납, 장서점검, 통계, 이용자검색의 6가지 영역에서 DLS의 사용현황과 문제점을 조사하고 이를 해결할 개선방안을 제안하였다. 자료선정 측면에서는 수서시스템 도입 및 온라인 희망도서 구입신청 기능 추가가 필요하다. 자료등록 측면에서는 데이터 품질 관리 향상과 검색기능 향상을 위한 색인어의 체계적 입력 및 어휘통제가 필요하다. 대출반납 측면에서는 대출속도 향상이, 장서점검 측면에서는 폐기자료의 복원 기능이, 통계 측면에서는 정확한 통계자료 생성이 필요하다. 이용자검색에서는 검색속도 향상 및 이용자 인터페이스 기능 향상이 필요하다. 본 연구는 앞으로 DLS 시스템 개선에 많은 기여를 할 것이며 이에 따라 DLS 이용도 향상될 것이다.

Derivative-linked securities (DLS) is a type of derivatives that offer an agreed return when the underlying asset price moves within a specified range by the maturity date. The underlying assets of DLS are diverse such as interest rates, exchange rates, crude oil, or gold. A German 10-year bond rate-linked DLS and a USD-GBP CMS rate-linked DLS have recently become a social issue in Korea due to a huge loss to investors. In this regard, this paper accounts for the payoff structure of these products and evaluates their prices and fair coupon rates as well as risk measures such as Value-at-Risk (VaR) and Tail-Value-at-Risk (TVaR). We would like to examine how risky these products were and whether or not their coupon rates were appropriate. We use Hull-White Model as the stochastic model for the underlying assets and Monte Carlo (MC) methods to obtain numerical results. The no-arbitrage prices of the German 10-year bond rate-linked DLS and the USD-GBP CMS rate-linked DLS at the center of the social issue turned out to be 0.9662% and 0.9355% of the original investment, respectively. Considering that Korea government bond rate for 2018 is about 2%, these values are quite low. The fair coupon rates that make the prices of DLS equal to the original investment are computed as 4.76% for the German 10-year bond rate-linked DLS and 7% for the USD-GBP CMS rate-linked DLS. Their actual coupon rates were 1.4% and 3.5%. The 95% VaR and TVaR of the loss for German 10-year bond rate-linked DLS are 37.30% and 64.45%, and those of the loss for USD-GBP CMS rate-linked DLS are 73.98% and 87.43% of the initial investment. Summing up the numerical results obtained, we could see that the DLS products of our interest were indeed quite unfavorable to individual investors.

학교도서관업무지원시스템이 2024년 독서로 DLS로 새로 개발되었으나 DLS를 위한 목록규칙은 초창기 개발된 이후 크게 변경되지 않았으며, 현재 개발된 지침도 2020년에 작성된 것으로 새로운 개정이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 DLS의 목록입력규칙 적용을 위한 지침 개발 시 고려사항을 KCR4에 준하여 제안하고자 기존 DLS(Ver. 2.0) 목록입력규칙 및 2024 DLS 목록입력규칙, 2020년 서지등록가이드(Ver. 2.2)를 상호비교하였다. 이를 바탕으로 데이터요소 변경 및 확대, 내용규칙의 수정, 접근점 기록 방안, 통제어휘집 개발의 측면에서 고려사항을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 앞으로 DLS 목록입력규칙의 개정, 지침의 개발, 시스템 개선 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The DLS(Data Link System) is located in the PDTS(Payload Data Transmission Subsystem) of KOMPSAT-II, and its main function is to provide communication link with Ground Segment as a space segment. DLS receive the data of MSC, OBC from DCSU(Data Compression Storage Unit) and transmit to the Ground Station by X-Band RF link. DLS is consist of CCU(Channel Coding Unit), QTX(QPSK Transmitter, ASU(Antenna Switch Unit) CCU makes a packet for communication after several kind of data processing such like Ciphering, RS Coding. QTX transmit PDTS data by OQPSK. Modulation. ASU is the unit for reliability of antenna switching. So, DLS's function is consists of ciphering, RS coding, CCSDS packetizing, randomizing, modulation and switching to antenna. These DLS's functions are controlled by PMU(Payload Management Unit). All commands to DLS are sent by PMU and all telemetries of DLS are sent to the PMU. The PMU receives commands from OBC and sends telemetries to the OBC. The OBC communicates with Ground Station by S-Band RF link. This paper presents the on-orbit DLS operation concept through the ground segment.

본 연구의 목적은 DLS 종합목록의 교과 연계성을 분석하고 강화 방안을 마련하기 위한 것이다. 연계성 평가 기준으로 포괄성, 상세성, 최신성 그리고 소장처를 활용하였다. 그리고 서울지역 사회과의 도서관활용수업 학습주제를 활용하여 이러한 분석기준을 적용하였다. 분석결과 DLS 종합목록은 도서자료 중심의 학습정보를 제공하고 있으며, 정보의 품질을 평가할 수 있는 상세성이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 온라인 콘텐츠를 통해서 학습 공동체를 만족시키는데도 한계를 보이고 있다. 따라서 교육과정과 목록의 교육적 가치를 이해하고 있는 사서교사를 배치하여 종합목록의 질을 개선하는 것이 중요하다.

DLS(Digital Library System)는 학교도서관 관리자(사서교사)와 최종 이용자(일반교사 및 학생)에게 애플리케이션 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 교육인적자원부에서 개발한 학교도서관 정보시스템이다. DLS는 현재 15개 시 도교육청에 설치되어 있으며, 시 도교육청 관내의 초 중등학교에 서비스를 제공하고 있다. DLS는 서비스를 개시한지 2년 이상이 지났기 때문에 이용 실태와 현황을 분석하여 향후 개선 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 DLS를 사용하고 있는 전국의 308개 초 중등학교의 학교도서관 관리자, 학생 및 교사를 대상으로 이용실태와 요구사항을 조사하여 향후 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

We develop an efficient numerical method for pricing the Derivative Linked Securities (DLS). The payoff structure of the hybrid DLS consists with a standard 2-Star step-down type ELS and the range accrual product which depends on the number of days in the coupon period that the index stay within the pre-determined range. We assume that the 2-dimensional Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM) as the model of two equities and a no-arbitrage interest model (One-factor Hull and White interest rate model) as a model for the interest rate. In this study, we employ the Monte Carlo simulation method with the Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) parallel computing as the General Purpose computing on Graphic Processing Unit (GPGPU) technology for fast and efficient numerical valuation of DLS. Comparing the Monte Carlo method with single CPU computation or MPI implementation, the result of Monte Carlo simulation with CUDA parallel computing produces higher performance.

지식정보사회로 불리는 21세기는 필요한 정보와 지식을 검색 수집 활용하여 문제를 해결하고 새로운 정보를 창출할 수 있는 자율적이고 창의적인 인재를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 요구와 자기 주도적 학습을 위한 자료 제공 중심 교육환경의 공간으로 학교 도서관을 선정하였다. 본 연구는 DLS II 기반 도서관 홈페이지를 활용한 국어과 수행평가 개발 자료 개발 및 적용을 통해 교육정보화에 따른 학교도서관 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.
