본 논문은 발달장애인의 역량강화를 통해 지역사회로의 자연스러운 전환을 목표로 한 전환과정과 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구, 관련 프로그램 사례조사, 전문가 심층면접 방법을 활용하였으며 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현재 발달장애인들을 고려한 전환과정은 지나치게 제한되어 있고 이들의 특성을 고려하지 못하고 있다. 둘째, 발달장애인을 위한 새로운 고등교육프로그램이 새로운 전환과정으로 시작되고 있으나 중등학교와 연계가 부족하다. 셋째, 중등학교 이후 발달장애인을 위한 대학프로그램에서 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 요인은 자기인지와 자기이해이다. 이 결과를 중심으로 한국에서 발달장애인을 위한 대학 내 전환과정과 프로그램을 제안하면 첫째, 발달장애인을 위한 중등학교 이후 전환과정은 최소한 발달장애인의 특성과 자기이해와 자기인지가 이루어질 수 있도록 주류화교육이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 고려할 때 대학 내에서의 전환과정 구성은 하나의 대안이 될수 있다. 둘째, 대학 내 구성되는 고등교육프로그램은 다음과 같은 측면이 고려되어 구성될 필요가 있다. ① 대학 내의 많은 고등교육 관련 프로그램의 지원을 받을 수 있도록 연계되거나 지원망이 구축될 필요가 있다. ② 대학 내의 모든 프로그램에 발달장애학생들이 참여할 수 있도록 문호가 개방되어야 한다. ③ 대학 내의 전문 인력들이 필요에 따라 참여할 수 있도록 인적구성이 체계화되고 연계될 수 있어야 한다. ④ 대학 내의 비장애학생들이 발달장애학생들의 프로그램에 참여할 수 있도록 통합학습이나 활동이 자연스럽게 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 한다.

This article retrospects the developmental process of the psychology of learning and its' influence on mathematics education. At the end of the article, brain-based learning science is introduced to examine its possibility to improve the psychology of learning mathematics. Behaviorists points of views such as Skinner, Guthrie, and Gagne were summarized to discuss the influences on the learning and teaching of mathematics. Gestalt' theories and Constructivism are also included in the discussion of developmental process of learning psychology. In elaboration of the brain-based learning science, recent research findings and the possibility of it's impact on mathematics education were discussed. Since mathematics itself is the most abstract subject it could be more challenging to identify the teaming process of mathematics compared with other areas. The possibilities of identifying the teaming process of mathematics are cautiously anticipated with a help of new paradigm.

인터넷 포털은 목적 사이트에 가기 위해 온라인 이용자가 처음으로 접속하는 사이트를 의미한다. 성공적인 e비즈니스를 수행하기 위해서는 거대 회원을 확보하고 있는 인터넷 포털의 발전과정을 탐색하는 것이 매우 유익한 일임에도 불구하고, 아직까지 포털 기업의 발전과 진화과정에 대한 심층적인 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 포털 기업의 발전과정을 심층적, 정성적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 분석을 위한 변수로 $2{\times}2$ 매트릭스를 제시하고 이들이 포털 기업의 발전과정에서 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 분석하였으며, 이를 입증하기 위해 국내 주요 포털 기업에 대한 사례분석을 실시하였다. 사례분석의 결과 인터넷 포털 기업은 모두 4C를 수익화와 연결시키는 전략을 추진하고 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 이와 같은 수익화의 실현을 위해서는 커뮤니티의 역할이 매우 중요함을 도출할 수 있었다.

선택적 함구증을 보인 6세 아동의 놀이치료 과정을 통해 나타난 정신역동 및 치료과정을 발달학적 관점에서 소개하였다. 비지시적 지지적 놀이치료를 실시하였고 치료자와의 관계속에서 환아는 놀이를 통하여 단계적으로 발달과정을 재경험하여 분리 불안 및 유기공포를 극복하고 자율성을 회복하므로써 증상의 소실과 함께 정상적 외디푸스시기의 발달을 이루게 되었다.

During early development, a dramatic reduction in methylation levels occurs in mouse (Monk et al., 1987). The process of epigenetic reprogramming in early embryos erases gamete-specific methylation patterns inherited from the parents (Howlett ＆ Reik 1991, Monk et al., 1987, Oswald et al., 2000, Sanford et al., 1984). This genome-wide demethylation process may be a prerequisite for the formation of pluripotent stem cells that are important for the later development (Reik ＆ Surani 1997). During post-implantation development, a wave of de novo methylation takes place; most of the genomic DNA is methylated at defined developmental timepoints, whereas tissue-specific genes undergo demethylation in their tissues of expression (Kafri et al., 1992, Razin ＆ Kafri 1994). Another demethylation-remethylation cycle of epigenetic reprogramming takes place during gametogenesis and is necessary for resetting of genomic imprinting (Solter 1988). The dynamic epigenetic reprogramming events appear to be basic and are probably conserved in eutherian mammals (see below). (omitted)

The hand is an integral part of normal hand functioning. The ability of the hand to grasp and manipulate objects or tools is necessary for accom-plishing many tasks of daily living. Therefore it is important to improve hand function for patient with hand impairment. The objectives of this article are to review the developmental process of hand function and to described the types of grasp, grip, pinch, and prehension. Developmental process of hand function is based on general developmental theory as Vojta, Bobath and Ayres. There are many kinds of classification of prehension, grasp, and pinch. This review include the classification by Malick, Kiel, Melvin, Sollrman & Sperling, Pedretti & Zoltan, Tyldesley & Grieve' book, Norkin & Levangie' book. This article hope to give the information for application in physical and occupational therapy practice.

In inflammatory responses, induction of cytokines and other immune regulator genes in macrophages by pathogen-associated signal such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS) plays a crucial role. In this study, the gene expression profile changes by LPS treatment in the macrophage/monocyte lineage cell line RAW264.7 was investigated. A 60-mer oligonucleotide microarray of which probes target 32381 mouse genes was used. A reverse transcription-in vitro translation labeling protocol and a chemileuminescence detection system were employed. The mRNA expression levels in RAW264.7 cells treated for 6 h with LPS and the control vehicle were compared. 747 genes were up-regulated and 523 genes were down-regulated by more than 2 folds. 320 genes showing more than 4-fold change by LPS treatment were further classified for the biological process, molecular function, and signaling pathway. The biological process categories that showed high number of increased genes include the immunity and defense, the nucleic acid metabolism, the protein metabolism and modification, and the signal transduction process. The chemokine-cytokine signaling, interleukin signaling, Toll receptor signaling, and apoptosis signaling pathways involved high number of genes differentially expressed in response to LPS. These expression profile data provide more comprehensive information on LPS-target genes in RAW264.7 cells, which will be useful in comparing gene expression changes induced by extracts and compounds from anti-inflammatory medicinal herbs.

북방산개구리의 산란특성 및 발생과정을 연구하기 위하여 1998년 2월 중순에서 3월말까지 경기도, 경상북도, 강원도를 중심으로 남한의 전지역을 대상으로 표본을 채집하였다. 북방산개구리의 산란시기는 2월말에서 3월말사이에 주로 이루어지며, 산란장소는 정수지와 유수지를 모두 선택하나 유수지에 산란하는 경우 알의 형태는 뭉쳐진 불규칙한 공 모양으로 돌이나 수초와 같은 기질에 부착하며, 정수지의 경우 타원형의 계란모양을 이루고 기질에 부착하지 않는다. 발생과정은 산란 후 일주일이 지나면 대부분 부화하고 71일이 경과하면 전 발생과정을 완료한다. 발생과정이 비교적 짧은 것은 먹이원이 풍부한 계절에 적극적인 포식활동을 위한 것으로 판단된다.

놀이정신치료의 역사와 분류를 통해 놀이정신치료의 다양한 발전 과정을 살펴보았고, 놀이의 기능과 임상적 응용을 통해 기본 개념과 실제적 요소를 짚어보았으며 주요 치료적 접근에서는 대표적 치료 방법인 정신분석적 기법과 비지시적 치료의 이론과 실제기법을 정리하여 소개하였다. 또한 놀이치료에서의 발달론적 접근을 이해하기 위해 발달과정으로서의 놀이, 그 치료적 적용, 인지발달적 측면 그리고 치료과정에 대해 조명해 보았다.

베트남은 1986년 말 전면적 개혁정책인 '도이머이' 정책을 채택하여, 급속한 정치체제의 변화 없이 점진적 개혁을 추진해왔다. 베트남은 단기적 경제 침체 시기가 있었지만 개혁과정 30년 간 비교적 성공적으로 경제성장을 달성한 국가라고 평가된다. 이러한 과정에서 개혁 초기 국유경제부문과 외국인투자부문의 경제성장에 대한 기여가 컸으나, 개혁의 진전에 따라 국유부문의 역할은 감소하고 국내 비국유부문 및 외국인투자부문의 경제적 역할이 더욱 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 베트남의 개혁과정에서 국가의 발전지향적 역할은 표방되었고, 국가의 경제에 대한 개입은 개혁과정 전반에 작용하였기에, 베트남을 동아시아 발전국가와 같은 유형으로 평가하는 것은 부분적으로 타당하다. 그러나, 국가의 산업정책은 부분적으로만 성장에 기여하였다고 판단되며, 경제발전이 국가가 선도하는 부문 이외 부문에서 많이 이뤄졌기에, 이 평가는 한정적일 수밖에 없다. 결론적으로 베트남은 동아시아 발전국가의 외형을 띠면서 외국인투자로 발전을 도모하는 동남아 발전모형의 복합적 형태의 국가로 변화해 가고 있다고 평가할 수 있다.
