개폐장치중 GIS는 전력기술발전과 함께 국토가 좁고 도심이 갑작스럽게 팽창되는 우리나라 현실에서 빠르게 보급되어 운전되고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라의 GIS의 도입은 1970년대말 유럽으로부터 Maintenance Free 목적으로 도입되었고 800kV급까지 국산화에 성공하여 국내 및 세계전력시장에 보급되고 있다. 그러나 GIS Trouble도 다양하게 발생하고 있으며 그중에서도 한국전력에서 조사한 2000년이후 MV급(25.8kV) GIS Trouble 이력을 조사한 결과 조작기구부와 조작회로의 Trouble이 크게 차지하고 있으며 조작기구부와 조작회로를 구성하는 주요부품의 Trouble에서 기인된 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 향후 도입될 예정인 MV급 친환경절연 개폐장치는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 조작회로는 전력IT의 산물인 IED를 도입하였고 조작기구부는 사용환경 상태보다 약간 상회하는 온도와 습도변화를 통하여 구성하는 유기물 부품에 대한 가속열화를 촉진시켜 동작시간과 Stroke의 동작변화 추이를 확인하는 고, 저온 동작특성시험을 도입하게 되었다.

PACS has been run at the Kyung Hee University Medical Center since 2001, and the installation and operation of PACS have contributed to automation and quantification of center's medical environment. In order to classify tile annual number of trouble cases processed by PACS, the authorshave made a classification code system which enabled detailed statistical processes for each section. Such process method has not only shown the management efficiency to trouble management of PACS, but also raised the interests in frequently occurring troubles, and enabled the prediction of troubles that may occur hereafter. Predictable troubles lead to preventive check, and this has direct effects on medical treatment and the hospital administration. The authors intend to arouse the necessity of preventive check of PACS by analyzing trouble management processes for the last 1 year.

In a power plant, it is generally accepted that a turbine governor system is necessary to control amount of steam supply toward the turbine system. There are many kinds of trouble at this governor system, which is recognized one of the most sensitive systems in the power plant. Especially we have experienced the internal leakage of motorization oil of servo valve. In the study, we investigated the mechanism of an internal leakage such as erosion by foreign materials and corrosion by chemical reaction between chloric healed oil and motorization oil. A precautionary measures is also performed to help the field service engineers.

최근 통신망 인프라 구축이 늘어나면서 이의 신뢰성(Reliability)과 가용성(Availability)이 경제 주체인조직 전반의 생산성에 미치는 영향이 그 만큼 커지고 있다. 정보 흐름의 파이프 역할을 담당하고 있는 통신망 시설(하드웨어 및 운용 프로토콜)에 일시적인 장애가 발생할 경우 이로 인해 조직은 엄청난 손실을 입을 수 있다. 따라서 통신망을 안정적으로 운용할 수 있는 보다 효과적인 수단이 요구되고 있다. 통신망에서의 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 추적하는 장애처리티켓시스템(Trouble Ticket System)이 필요하다. 장애처리티켓시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 장애추적해결시스템의 설계와 구현을 통해서 국내 실정에 맞는 장애처리티켓시스템 개발에 적극 활용할 수 있다.

현재 네트워크 처리 시스템의 문제점은 시스템 상태나 장애에 따른 결과를 받아서 네트워크 상태가 정상인지 비정상인지를 네트워크 운영자에게 보고하는 기능은 가지고 있지만, 장애의 기록유지와 네트워크 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리할 수 있는 기능은 제공되고 있지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 네트워크 상에서 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필요하다. 또한, 네트워크 장애처리시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 네트워크 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다[1]. 본 논문에서는 장애 처리 티켓 시스템에 전문가 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야에 고급 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있는 전문가 시스템 기반의 통합 시스템 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

This case show that emotional stress and wekness of gastrointestinal function occur a chronic hiccup and eructation(during 3 months), oriental medical therapy can cure completely this symptom. Seven emotional stress(anger, delight, sadness, thinking, worry, fear, horror) occur various pathologic changes. Hiccup is caused by CNS, psychologic, thoracic, abdominal factor etc. In oriental medicine, GI trouble regarded as a very importent factor that occur hiccup and eructation. Besides, emotional stress is a very important factor as well. This patient have an introvert personality ordinary times. One day, she had a miscarriage by hers husband's assault. After that time, she suffered from very serious GI trouble(dyspepsia, epigastric pain, anorexia). And then hiccup, eructation, weight loss(10kg/3months) is occured. This patient diagnosed only gastritis. This symptom did not stop during 3 months, regardless of western medical therapy(some western drugs medication, fluid supply etc). After oriental medical therapy(herb medicine;Yukunjatang, acupuncture;CV12, CV6, S36, CV17, H7, SP6, P6, moxibustion;VI2, CV6, S36, negative therapy;back area and traditional oriental medical psychotherapy;ventilation, support, desensitization and family interview) put in operation during 15 days, patient completely recover from hiccup, eructation and anxiety disorders.

To make a objective diagnosis of Dam Hun(痰暈), we investigated the 63 patients with Dam Hun(痰暈) and 34 normal people as control group. we compared the thermal difference between Chon-jung(CV17 ) and Chung-wan(CV12 中脘), Chon-jung(CV17 ) and Gwan-won(CV4 關元) and we compared the thermal difference of Yang-mun(ST21 梁門), Chun_chu(ST25 天樞), Su-do(ST28 水道), too. All 63 patients had dizziness and GI trouble. They had the symptom - fatigue, nausea vomitting, head heaviness, indigestion, cold limbs, headache, heart burn, constipation, diarrhea, anorexia. And some had edema, numbness, insomnia, palpitation, facial flushing, dysuria, ringing. Considering the average temparature of Chon-jung(CV17 ), Chung-wan(CV12 中脘), Gwan-won(CV4 關元), Yang-mun(ST21 梁門), Chun-chu(ST25 天樞), Su-do(ST28 水道) between the patients group and the control group, the patients group were lower than the control group except for Chon-jung(CV17 ), Gwan-won(CV4 關元), but the statistical significance was not. Considering the thermal difference of Chon-jung(CV17 ) and Chung-wan(CV12 中脘), Gwan-won(CV4 關元), Yang-mun(ST21 梁門), Chun-chu(ST25 天樞), Su-do(ST28 氷道) between the patients group and the control group, the temparature deviation of Chon-jung(CV17 ) and Chung-wan(CV12 中脘), Chon-jung(CV17 ) and Yang-mun(ST21 梁門) was significant. We suggest that coldness of upper abdomen is significant in diagnosis of Dam Hun(痰暈).

Hiking on the mountain is one of the most popular recreations for modern people, but many people have trouble because they select a wrong hiking trails with their own ability and this w ill be just a danger accident. It was suggested that slope analysis of hiking trails using GIS for solving this problem, and the proposed method is faster and easier than the other method. Also the slope of many hiking trails which have same destination was classified by analysing and comparing, then citizen can choose right hiking trails with their own ability.

The Broadcasting system is very important part of human life that preceding to people news, national plan, sport, drama, leisure and politics. The product of maded by broadcasting system conveyed the whole country by radio signal. A broadcasting station operate the broadcast product radio trial network in the mountain, Recently the height of new building, concrete structure is very large and higher than old one. Since one does or says, noise accur to radio and TV signal whole nation. In this study, Taejeon Sikjang mountain and Cheunan-Heuksung mountain where accured radio noise chosen as a sample, and analysis 3D simulation and plane check. Accordingly come to conclusion condition of noise occurred radio antenna.

Nowadays the aerial photos is using to get the information around our spatial environment and it increases by geometric progression in many fields. The aerial photos need in a simple object such as cartography and ground covey classification and also in a social objects such as the city plan, environment, disaster, transportation etc. However, the shadow, which includes when taking the aerial photos, makes a trouble to interpret the ground information, and also users, who need the photos in their field tasks, have restriction. This study, for removing the shadow, uses the single image and the image without the source of image and taking situation. Also, this study present clustering algorism based on HIS color model that use Hue, Saturation and Intensity, especially this study used I(intensity) to extract shadow area from image. And finally by filtering in Fourier frequency domain creates the intrinsic image which recovers the 3-D color information and removes the shadow.
