수도근(水稻根)의 Amino 산(酸) 대사(代謝)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -제(第) 4 보(報) 수도근(水稻根)의 Glutamic Oxalacetic Transaminase Isozyme의 성질(性質) (Studies on the amino acid metabolism of young rice root (Part 4) -Properties of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase isozymes of rice root-)

  • 수도근(水稻根)의 Glutamic oxalacetic transaminase isozyme을 DEAE-cellulose column chromatography에 의(依)해서 분리(分離)하고 그에 대(對)한 몇가지 성질(性質)을 구명(究明)하였든 바 얻어진 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 수도근(水稻根)의 GOT 활성(活性)은 93%가 Supernatant 분획(分劃)에 존재(存在)하고 Mitochondria에는 5%정도(程度)의 활성(活性)을 보이고 비활성도(比活性度)도 같은 경향(傾向)으로 거의 대부분(大部分)이 Supernatant 분획(分劃)에 국재(局在)해 있다. 2. 수도근(水稻根)의 GOT isozyme은 Cationic GOT로 존재(存在)하나 모두 Sepernatant 분획(分劃)에 국재(局在)하는 것 같다. 3. GOT isozyme의 pH에 대(對)한 반응성(反應性)은 모두 7.4에서 최고(最高)의 활성도(活性度)를 나타내었다. 4. GOT isozmye의 열안정성(熱安定性)은 $70^{\circ}C$에서 Anionic GOT가 더 불안정(不安定)하다. 5. 수도근(水稻根)의 GOT isozyme의 L-aspartic acid에 대(對)한 Km치(値)는 Cationic GOT에서 14mM, Anionic GOT는 16mM을 나타내고 있다.

구기자 투여 간손상 흰쥐에서 GOT 및 GPT의 활성화 연구 (Study on the Activity of GOT and GPT in the Hepatotoxic Rat Treated)

  • 구기자의 한방 약리효과를 보기 위하여 구기자 혼합 생체시료와 세포배양한 캘러스로부터 추출한 열수 추출물을 사염화탄소로 유발된 간장해 흰쥐 (SD계)에 하루 0.5 g/kg을 경구 투여한 결과, 대조군 (GOT 949, GPT 640 karmen unit)에 비하여 혼합 생체시료 (GOT 760.4, GPT 540 karmen unit)와 세포배양 캘러스 (COT 772.1, GPT 556.4 karmen unit) 처리구에서 거의 비슷한 혈청 중 GOT, GPT 활성의 상승을 억제하는 효과를 보였으며, 또한 비교약물 sylimarin 0.1 g/kg 투여군에서도 대조군에 비하여 혼합 생체시료 (GOT 492.6, GPT 320.4 karmen unit)와 세포배양 캘러스 (GOT 492.6, GPT 320.4 karmen unit) 처리구에서 거의 비슷한 혈청 중 GOT, GPT 활성의 상승을 억제하는 효과를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 통하여 볼 때 구기자 생체시료와 세포배양 캘러스는 간손상 흰쥐에 대한 간보호 효과가 동일하게 있는 것으로 판단된다.

CFI(Control Flow Integrity) 적용을 통한 GOT(Global Offset Table) 변조 공격 방지 방안 연구 (CFI Approach to Defend against GOT Overwrite Attacks)

  • 유닉스 계열 시스템 환경에서 GOT 변조(GOT overwrite) 공격은 소프트웨어 권한 탈취를 위한 전통적인 제어흐름 탈취 기법 중 하나이다. 그 동안 GOT 변조를 방어하기 위한 몇 가지 기법들이 제안되었는데, 그 중 프로그램 로딩 단계에서 GOT 영역을 읽기전용 속성으로 메모리 배치하여 실행 시간에 GOT 변조를 원천적으로 차단하는 Full Relro(Relocation Read only) 기법이 가장 효과적인 방어기법으로 알려져 왔다. 하지만, Full Relro 기법은 로딩 시간의 지연을 가져와 시작 성능에 민감한 프로그램의 적용에는 제약이 있고, 라이브러리에 적용시 의존 라이브러리에 의한 연쇄적인 로딩 지연 문제 등으로 라이브러리에는 현재 적용되지 않고 있다. 또한, LLVM을 포함한 다수의 컴파일러들은 Full Relro 기법을 기본 적용하지 않아 실행환경의 프로그램은 GOT 공격에 여전히 취약하다. 이 논문에서는 현재 코드 재사용 공격 방어를 위해 가장 적합한 기법으로 인식되고 있는 CFI(Control Flow Integrity) 기법을 사용한 GOT 보호 장치를 제안한다. LLVM을 기반으로 본 기법을 구현하고 binutils-gdb 프로그램 그룹에 적용해 보안성, 성능, 호환성 등을 평가하였다. 본 CFI 기반 GOT 보호 장치는 우회하기 어렵고, 빠르며 기존 라이브러리 프로그램과도 호환되어 적용가능성이 높다.

  • 소나무의 glutamate-oxalate transaminase(GOT)와 leucine aminopeptidase(LAP)의 유전양식(遺傳樣式) 동위효소(同位酵素) 유전자좌(遺傳子座) 간의 연관관계(連關關係)의 구명을 목적으로 배유(胚乳) 및 배조직(胚組織)을 감자전분 전기영동법에 의하여 분석(分析)하였다. 4개의 GOT 지역(地域)(GOT-A~GOT-D)이 분리(分離)되었으며 가장 이동(移動)이 빠른 GOT-A 지역(地域)에서는 두개의 밴드를 보이는 표현형(表現型)으로 변이(變異)가 발견(發見)되지 않았다. GOT-B와 GOT-C 두 지역(地域)의 동위효소(同位酵素) 표현형(表現型)들을 공히 1:1의 분리비(分離比)를 보여 각각 하나의 유전자좌(遺傳子座)에 의해 지배(支配)됨이 추정(推定)되었으며 양유전자좌(兩遺傳子座)에서 각각 4개와 3개의 대립(對立) 유전자(遺傳子)가 확인되었다. 음극(陰極)으로 이동(移動)한 GOT-D 지역(地域)의 표현형(表現型)은 GOT-C 지역(地域)과 동일하게 분리(分離)되었다. 이 두 지역(地域)이 한 개의 동일한 유전자좌(遺傳子座)의 지배(支配)를 받는지 또는 강하게 연관(連關)되어 있는 두 개의 유전자좌(遺傳子座)에 의한 것인지 단정할 수 없었다. 변이(變異)를 보인 세 개의 GOT 지역(地域)에서 이형접합성(異形接合性)의 배조직(胚組織)은 세 개의 밴드를 보이는 표현형(表現型)을 보여 소나무의 GOT 동위효소(同位酵素)가 이량체(二量體)임을 제시하였다. LAP 동위효소(同位酵素)는 2개의 지역(地域)으로 분리(分離)되었다. 각 지역(地域)의 동위효소(同位酵素) 표현형(表現型)은 각각 1:1의 분리비(分離比)를 보여 LAP 동위효소(同位酵素)가 2개의 유전자좌(遺傳子座)에 의해 지배(支配)됨이 확인되었고 두 유전자좌(遺傳子座)에서 2개와 3개의 대립유전자(對立遺傳子)가 각각 확인되었다. GOT-B와 LAP-B는 강하게 연관(連關)되어 있음이 밝혀졌고, 이들 간의 평균(平均) 재조합(再組合) 비율(比率)은 12.5%였다. 또 다른 한쌍의 유전자좌(遺傳子座), GOT-B와 GOT-C 간에도 재조합(再組合) 비율(比率)이 41%로 나타나 연관(連關)의 가능성(可能性)이 제시되었다.

대학생의 아로마테라피에 대한 인식도 분석 (A Study on the Understanding of Aromatherapy of University Students)

  • This research was intended to furnish basic data which can be helpful to maintain and improve the skin health and to activate aromatherapy by analyzing the knowledge, attitude and behavior on the aromatherapy skin care of college students. As their grade got higher, students of beauty class showed the level of knowledge on aromatherapy higher than those of non-beauty class, and that of girl students was higher than that of boy students and as the living standard of students got higher, and pocket money of a month of them got more, the level of knowledge on aromatherapy of them was high, and as the interest in appearance and satisfaction on appearance of them got higher, the level of knowledge on aromatherapy of them was high. In common characteristics, as the living standard of them got higher, and pocket money of a month of them got more, the level of attitude on aromatherapy of them was high. As the interest in appearance of them got higher, the level of attitude on aromatherapy on the interest in appearance of them was high. In the characteristics related with the skin, as the skin health condition of students got healthier, the level of attitude on aromatherapy of them was high, and it was high in the students who had much agony on the skin color.

Glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 regulates adipocyte differentiation by altering nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate content

  • Objective: This study was performed to examine whether the porcine glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 (GOT1) gene has important functions in regulating adipocyte differentiation. Methods: Porcine GOT1 knockout and overexpression vectors were constructed and transfected into the mouse adipogenic 3T3-L1 cells. Lipid droplets levels were measured after 8 days of differentiation. The mechanisms through which GOT1 participated in lipid deposition were examined by measuring the expression of malate dehydrogenase 1 (MDH1) and malic enzyme (ME1) and the cellular nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) content. Results: GOT1 knockout significantly decreased lipid deposition in the 3T3-L1 cells (p<0.01), whereas GOT1 overexpression significantly increased lipid accumulation (p<0.01). At the same time, GOT1 knockout significantly decreased the NADPH content and the expression of MDH1 and ME1 in the 3T3-L1 cells. Overexpression of GOT1 significantly increased the NADPH content and the expression of MDH1 and ME1, suggesting that GOT1 regulated adipocyte differentiation by altering the NADPH content. Conclusion: The results preliminarily revealed the effector mechanisms of GOT1 in regulating adipose differentiation. Thus, a theoretical basis is provided for improving the quality of pork and studies on diseases associated with lipid metabolism.

유아의 기질과 자기조절능력에 따른 문제행동 (Behavior Problem According to Children's Temperament and Self-Regulation)

  • The purpose of this study was (1) to investigate the difference of temperament, self-regulation, and problem behavior according to children's gender and age, (2) to investigate the relationship among three variables by use of canonical correlation analysis. The subjects were 210 children ages from 3 to 5 in five day-care center in Incheon city. The SPSS WIN 12.0 Program was used to analyze the collected data. The statistical methods were Frequency, Percentage, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Two-way ANOVA, Correlation analysis, and Canonical Correlation analysis. The major results of this research are summarized as follows: (1) Children's temperament were significantly different by their gender and age. The boys got higher score than girls in adaptability, activity, and total temperament. Girls got higher score than boys in reactivity. The age 3 got higher score than the age 5 in activity and the ages 3, 4 got higher than the age 5 in total temperament. (2) Children's self-regulation were significantly different by their age. The children who were older got higher scores in self-regulation ability. (3) Children's problems behavior were significantly different by their gender and age. The boys got higher score than girls in anxiety behavior, aggressive behavior, hyperactive/distractive behavior, and total problem behavior. And the ages 3, 4 got higher score than the age 5 in anxiety behavior and hyperactive/distractive behavior. The age 4 got higher score the ages 3, 5 in aggressive behavior and the age 3 got higher score the ages 4, 5 in total problem behavior. (4) Canonical correlation results showed that stable temperament and self-regulation were positively correlated and self-regulation and problem behavior were negatively correlated.

  • Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT), latic dehydrgenase (LDH), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities were determined in 5 Korean native cattle to obtain the base line of blood enzyme activities in relation to the stage of gestation. Serum GOT activities showed an increasing tendency with the course of gestation period, serum LDH levels were within normal range through all the stage of pregnancy, and the slight increase in serum ALP activities was acknowledged at the 2nd and 3rd stage of gestation.

119구조·구급대원의 직업만족도에 관한 연구 -전국을 대상으로- (A study on 119 Rescue and First aids' satisfaction level of Occupation)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the 119 rescue and first aid's satisfaction level for their occupations, understand the influential factors of the satisfaction level and also analyze the level of each working districts. Therefore to provide basic information of policy decisions to increase the satisfaction level. Date were collected from 400 national the 119 rescue and first aids by questionnaire and using the tools, which has developed by Slavitt, from August 2 to September 30, 2002. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean t-test and ANOVA. Divided 39 items into 7 provinces to find out the satisfaction level of each province, follow as the influential factors of the satisfaction level. 1. The most of the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying about their occupations as they got 3.02 marks out of 5, which is the full mark. 2. As the results after analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of the 119 rescue and first aids, there were not statistically significant differences of sex distinction, age, scholarship, not married and has or have married, grade and qualification. There were statistically significant differences follow as working period, applying motive, moving, seeking a job, working place, an adviser, work overtime and compensation follow as work overtime. 3. It appeared that all the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying enough about duty itself but were dissatisfying about working condition. As the results; job itself got 4.00, reciprocal action got 3.74, business demand got 3.28, autonomy got 3.06, organization demand got 2.96, pay got 2.43 and working condition got 1.72, each out of 5 full marks. As you see the results, most of the 119 rescue and first aids are satisfying about a job itself but they are dissatisfying about their working condition. Therefore we should formulate a plan that can increase the satisfaction level by improving duty system for 24 working hours per week.

Effect of Nonylphenol on Plasma Glutamate Oxaloacetate Transaminase (GOT) and Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase (GPT) in the Juvenile Rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli

  • Effect of 4-nonylphenol (4-NP), endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs), on glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) and glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) were investigated in the plasma of juvenile rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli. Fish were injected with 4­NP (10, 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg body weight) in $70\%$ ethanol twice at 3-day intervals and plasma sampling were extracted at 7 days after the last injection. Controls received solvent only. 4-NP significant increased GOT in a dose-dependent manner. GPT was markedly elevated to $61\%$ (P<0.05) and $82\%$ (P<0.01) than that of the control at the 4-NP doses of 100 and 200mg, respectively. These results suggest that the estrogenic activity of 4-NP increase plasma GOT and GPT by toxic effect on hepatocyte.
