On protein equivalence base, fishmeal (FM) was replaced by lysine cell mass (LCM) in selected different diets in Korean rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli (Hilgendorf) Eight experimental diets were formulated to contain 100% FM (LC $M_{0}$), 90% FM+10% LCM (LC $M_{10}$),80% FM+20% LCM (LC $M_{20}$), 70% FM+30% LCM (LC $M_{30}$), 60% FM+40% LCM (LC $M_{40}$ ), 70% FH+30% LCM+lysine (LC $M_{+Lys}$), 60% FM+40% LCM+lysine (LC $M_{40+Lys}$), and 50% FM+50% LCM+lysine (LC $M_{50+Lys}$). Experimental individuals of the fish (12.6 g) were randomly fed on one of the experimental diets. After 6 weeks of feeding trial, weight gain (WG) and feed efficiency (FE) of fish fed LC $M_{0}$ diet was significantly (P〈0.05) higher than those of fish fed LC $M_{20}$, LC $M_{30}$, LC $M_{40}$ , LC $M_{30+Lys}$, LC $M_{40+Lys}$, and LC $M_{50+Lys}$ diets, however, there was no significant difference in WG of fish fed LC $M_{0}$ and LC $M_{10}$ diets. Supplementation of lysine has no effect on WG. There was no significant difference in condition factor (CF) of fish fed LC $M_{0}$, LC $M_{10}$ and LC $M_{20}$ diets. Hemoglobin (Hb) of fish fed LC $M_{0}$, LC $M_{10}$, LC $M_{20}$, LC $M_{30}$, LC $M_{40}$ , LC $M_{30+Lys}$, and LC $M_{40+Lys}$, diets were not significantly different from each other. No significant differences were observed in hematocrit (PCV) and hepatosomatic index (HSI) among all dietary treatments. Apparent digestibility of dry matter (ADM) and protein (ADP) of diets significantly decreased with increase in dietary LCM level, though there was no difference in ADM and ADP between LC $M_{0}$ and LC $M_{10}$. These results indicate that LCM could replace up to 10% of fishmeal in Korean rockfish diets.ish diets.iets.ish diets.s.ish diets.

This study was conducted to define the effect of addition of lysolecithin (LC) and 20% v/v rabbit serum to sperm preincubation medium on the induction of acrosome reaction (AR) an fertilizing ability in vitro of LG-added sperm. Ejaculated rabbit sperm from New Zealand White buck was washed once by centrifugation, then preincubated for 2 or 4 hrs in a chemically defined medium (DM), DM plus 20% rabbit serum or BSA-free DM plus 20% rabbit serum at 37$^{\circ}C$ water bath or CO2 incubator. At the end of preincubation LC was added to the preincubated sperm, which was stained at 0.5 to 4 hr later and examined for AR and sperm motility. For in vitro fertilization, gametes were coincubated in DM up to 24 hrs and thereafter fertilized embryos were incubated in BSM -II up to 48 hrs. Addition of LC to 4-hr preincubated sperm was more effective for the AR and sperm motility than that to 2-hr preincubated sperm and optimal concentration of LC for AR was about 80${\mu}$g/ml. A significant increase in AR occured from 20 to 30 min. after addition of 80 to 100${\mu}$g/ml in 4-hr preincubated sperm. BSA-free DM plus 20% rabbit serum showed a higher AR and sperm motility than those of DM plus 20% rabbit serum in LC-added sperm after 4-hr preincubation. The incidence of AR after 4-hr preincubation and at 30 min after 60${\mu}$g/ml LC addition varied greatly among individual bucks. Sixty ${\mu}$g/ml LC-added sperm showed a slight high cleavage rate over control levels, but 100${\mu}$g/ml LC-added sperm showed lower cleavage rate rather than 60${\mu}$g/ml LC. It is concluded that optimal concentration of LC for high AR induction and sperm motility in 4-hr preincubated sperm was about 80${\mu}$g/ml, but 60${\mu}$g/ml level was more useful for in vitro fertilization.

We have previously reported that the vasodilatory effect of BanhabackchuIChunma-tang(半夏白朮天麻湯; BCT), a herbal formula, and its mechanism might be associated with at least in part NO pathway. In the present study, we studied the influence of BanhabackchulChenuma-tang (BCT) on the phosphorylation of LC20, in parallel, the distribution of α-protein kinase C(PKCα) by phenylephrine was monitored using laser scan confocal immunofluorescent microscopy in freshly isolated ferret portal vein smooth muscle living single cells. Phenylephrine stimulation induced LC20 phosphorylation and translocation of PKCα. However, BCT dephosphorylated LC20 phosphorylation and inhibited the translocation of PKCα. Our results demonstrate that the mechanism of relaxant effect of BanhabackchulChunma-tang inhibition is associated with inhibition of PKCα activation and LC20 phosphorylation.

The primary mechanism of smooth muscle contraction is phosphorylation of the 20 kDa myosin light chains(LC20) by a myosin light chain kinase(MLCK). Relaxation, then, is generally the result of dephosphorylation of LC20 by myosin phosphatase(MP). Changes in MP activity is one of the important mechanisms in the regulation of Ca2+-sensitivity. Inhibition of MP activity is linked to an increase in phosphorylated myosin light chain(MLC) without an increase in [Ca/sup 2+/]i-levels. It is now generally accepted that Rho-kinase phosphorylates 130 kDa regulatory and myosin binding subunits(M130, MYPT) of MP, which results in an inhibition of MP activity. In addition Rho-kinase can also directly phosphorylate MLC. In the present study, LC20 phosphorylation and MP subunits translocation to the cell membrane were investigated in freshly isolated ferret portal vein smooth muscle single cells treated with PGF2α. We also examined the effect of Y27632(10-5mol/L), Rho-kinase inhibitor, in the MP subunits localization to compare with butanol fraction of Fructus Crataegi in its effect. Butanol fraction of Fructus Crataegi(BFFC; 1㎎/㎖) was more effective in PGF2α induced contraction than those of phenylephrine in its vasodilation effect. It significantly(P<0.05) dephosphorylated the LC20 at time indicated. In addition, the dissociation of subunits are inhibited by BFCF treatment. The results indicate that, in the smooth muscle cells, the relaxation effect of BFFC is associated with increase of MP activity based on inhibition of dissociation of the catalytic and targeting subunits of the phosphatase, and thus decrease the sensitivity of LC20 phosphorylation for Ca/sup 2+/.

본 연구는 사과와 쌀에서 320성분 농약에 대한 다성분 동시분석법을 확립하고자 수행되었다. 시료의 추출은 QuEChERS법을 사용하였고, 추출 후 잔류물은 LC-MS/MS와 GC-MS/MS로 기기분석 하였다. 시험 농약은 LC-MS/MS 251성분, GC-MS/MS 110성분을 선발하였으며, 41성분은 공통적으로 적용되었다. 분석법의 정량한계는 LC-MS/MS에서 $0.01{\sim}20{\mu}g/kg$, GC-MS/MS에서 $0.1{\sim}100{\mu}g/kg$으로 산출되었다. 사과와 쌀에서 회수율 70~120%, 상대표준편차 20% 이내의 조건을 충족한 성분은 LC-MS/MS로 분석한 농약 중 각각 242성분(96%)과 237성분(94%)로 나타났으며, GC-MS/MS로 분석한 농약 중에는 각각 103성분(94%)과 83성분(76%)로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 QuEChERS 전처리와 LC-MS/MS 및 GC-MS/MS를 이용한 분석법은 농산물(사과 및 쌀) 중 잔류농약 다성분 동시 분석에 효과적으로 적용될 것으로 기대된다.

두께와 무게가 다양한 23종의 직물을 대상으로 최대하중 10, 20, 35, 50, 70 $gf/cm^2$의 5종류 다양한 조건 하에서 압축-두께곡선을 측정함으로써 저응력에서 압축특성과 두께, 태를 분석하였다. 최대하중이 증가함에 따라 LC(curve linearity)는 증가하였으며 WC(compressional energy)는 감소하였다. 또한, 최대하중에 따라 RC(compressional resilience)는 변화가 없었다. LC와 WC는 직물이 두꺼울수록 크게 나타났으며 RC는 중간 두께의 직물에서 가장 크게 나타났다. 최대하중 20 $gf/cm^2$에서 측정한 LC와 WC가 주관적 태 평가결과와 가장 상관이 깊었으며 Speamnan's rho는 .86과 .82였다.

몇 가지 종류의 corticosteroid에 대하여 액체 크로마토그래피-질량분석법으로 양이온 질량 스펙트럼을 얻었다. 화학구조에 따라 수소 첨가된 분자이온 [$MH^+$], 암모늄 첨가이온 [${MNH_4}^+$], 또는 ($MH^+-60$) 이온이 base peak였고 [$MH^+-18$] 또는 [${MNH_4}^+-18$] 이온 등이 특성적으로 나타났다. Methylprednisolone acetate를 male Sprague-Dawley rat에 경구투여한 다음 24시간 동안 배설된 뇨로부터 유리상태 또는 접합상태의 대사물질들을 가수분해, 추출 및 농축하고, thermospray LC/MS를 사용하여 양이온과 음이온 질량토막이온을 분석하였다. Methylprednisolone acetate의 C-21 위치에서의 탈아세틸화(deacetylation), C-20 위치에서 C=0의 -CHOH로의 환원, C-11 위치에서 CHOH의 C=0로의 산화 또는 C-17과 C-20 사이의 bond cleavage등에 의해 생성되는 것으로 추정되는 10여종의 대사물질을 검출하였다. 그 중에 20-hydroxymethylprednisolone(20-HMP), methylprednisolone(MP), methylprednisone(11-KMP)등은 표준물질과 비교 확인하였다.

A novel control method of a three-phase PWM inverter with LC filter is proposed. The transfer function of LC filter is the same as that of second-order low pass filter(LPF), which has a zero damping ratio. A simple method of implementing second-order LPF with damping ratio is to add a resistor in an LC circuit. However, in a real power system, adopting damping resistors is impractical because it results in losses proportional to the square of the current flowing through the resistors. Instead of inserting resistors, the proposed control strategy utilizes the measured capacitor voltages to control the oscillation of LC circuit. The overall transfer function of the proposed method is the same as a second-order LPF, and its damping ratio is controllable via control variables. The current controller can have overshoots caused by LC filter. Improved current controller is implemented by an equivalent second-order of LC filter. A 7.5 kVA PWM converter and a PWM inverter with a 5.5 kW induction motor are set up to verify the proposed control algorithm. Test waveforms are also presented to verify the proposed LC filter control algorithm.

Three ring type LC compounds substituted with isothiocyanato group and fluoro atoms in phenyl ring were synthesized, and blended with KL-series LC mixtures for TV application of TN and IPS-mode. Clearing temperature of new LC mixtures are shown $10{\sim}35{\square}$ higher than commercial mixtures. And response time was also improved $10{\sim}20%$ faster than conventional LC mixtures.

액체크로마토그래피/질량분석법(LC/MS) 및 핵자기공명분광분석법 $^1H(NMR)$을 이용하여 화장품에 들어있는 글리세린을 동시 비교분석하였다. 화장품 시료를 물에 용해시키고 수산화나트륨을 첨가하여 시료용액을 강알칼리 상태로 유지시킨 후, 시료용액 중의 글리세린을 benzoyl chloride로 유도체화 반응 시키고 유도체화된 글리세린을 pentane으로 추출하여 LC/MS로 정량분석 하였다. $^1H$ NMR 분석은 시료를 전처리 없이 $D_2O$ 용매에 직접 용해시키고, 글리세린을 ERETIC(Electronic REference To access In vivo Concentrations) 방법을 이용하여 $^1H$ NMR로 직접 정량분석 하였다. LC/MS 및 NMR 분석결과 LC/MS의 검량선은 $0.1-10{\mu}g/mL$ 농도범위에서 $r^2=0.9991$ 이었고 $^1H$ NMR의 검량선은 $25-500{\mu}g/mL$ 농도범위에서 $r^2=1$의 상관계수를 갖는 좋은 직선성을 얻었다.
