In this study, we collect various side effect pairs which are appeared frequently at many drugs, and select side effect pairs that have higher severity. For every selected side effect pair, we extract common genetic networks which are shared by side effects' genes and drugs' target genes based on PPI(Protein-Protein Interaction) network. For this work, firstly, we gather drug related data, side effect data and PPI data. Secondly, for extracting common genetic network, we find shortest paths between drug target genes and side effect genes based on PPI network, and integrate these shortest paths. Thirdly, we develop a classification model which uses this common genetic network as a classifier. We calculate similarity score between the common genetic network and genetic network of a drug for classifying the drug. Lastly, we validate our classification model by means of AUC(Area Under the Curve) value.

Objective : This study reviews the articles about 'Side effect' published in the Japanese Journal of Oriental Medicine to better understand about side effects of herbal medication and to encourage clinicians, the authorities and the public to establish side effects reporting system. Method : We searched articles published in the Japanese Journal of Oriental Medicine by using keyword '副作用(Side effect)' in the CiNii. Results : Among the 118 articles collected, 14 are clinical articles about side effect of prescriptions, 13 are reports about side effect of prescriptions presented from Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 36 are clinical articles about relief of side effects derived from taking western medicine by taking a herbal prescription, 8 are studies about the effect of a herbal prescription combined with western medicine or comparative studies between a herbal prescription and western medicine, and so on. Conclusions : Lots of articles deal with side effects of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, Bupleuri Radix and so on. When side effects occurred, removing a certain herbal drug or quitting a herbal prescription is helpful to relieve or disappear the side effects. And Side effects reporting system should be established to guide safe medication use and treatment for patients. In order to establish side effects reporting system, the standardization of herbal drugs is needed.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the frequency of side effects, and the range of the side effects from Korean herb medicine on children. Methods: The study has been carried out from 212 children who took Korean herb medicine in Department of Pediatrics, $\bigcirc\;\bigcirc$ Oriental Medical Hospital from September 2009 to February 2010. The study was completed through patients chart review and telephone survey. Results: 1. There were 6 side effect cases on male, and 3 side effect cases on female out of 212 children. The incidence of side effect was 4.2%. 2. The most common side effect was abdominal pain. The most common related organ was digestive organ. 3. The side effect occurred within one to three days after taking Korean herb medicine, and the symptoms were mostly disappeared after taking the Korean herb medicine into divided dose or less dose. Conclusions: The symptom of side effects on children was not as severe as other adverse drug reactions often seen in Western medication. The most common symptom was abdominal pain. Further studies are needed.

The purpose of this study was to show the effect of Umnungchon and Hyolhae about acupuncture side effects. 6 cases of patients treated in Hankyoreh Oriental madical clinic of Daejeon from Dec 1 2005 to Apr 15 2006 were survey. The side effect of acupunctur therapy is called neddling-shock(Chim-hun) and it happ. ened at to nervers, hungry, fatigue patient's condition. The side effect of acupuncture is paraesthesia, hypersensitivity, hematoma etc. But it was not mentioned in Oriental medical literature written in Chinese. I used Umlungchon and heulhe for The side effect of acupuncture and This point were effective treatment of paraesthesia, hypersensitivity, hematoma by acupuncture.

The effect of side-lobe on axial image is investigated. We show, using computer simulation and experimentally, that an optimized axial response can be achieved by minimized side-lobe according to the Herschel condition and that the appearance of sidelobes is decreased by balancing phase error.

This paper proposes the cost analysis on the energy efficient equipment when this equipment is participated in the demand-side bidding. Conventional demand-side bidding is exercised through load re-distribution. However if this load reduction is exercised by the use of high efficient equipment, its effect will be assumed to be more economical. This paper analyses this cost-benefit effect of high efficient equipment in the demand-side bidding.

The motions and drift forces of side-by-side moored FSRU and LNGC including the sloshing effect, were studied using experiments. The FSRU and LNGC contained LNG cargo tanks and the LNG sloshing could affect the motions and drift forces of the structures due to its coupling with floating body motion. The effect of coupling can vary with the LNG filling level, and the effect of the filling level was investigated. The coupling effect was stronger at lower filling level. It was confirmed that longitudinal sloshing influenced the surge and surge mean drift force in head sea. In addition, gap flow affected the sway and mean drift forces. Sloshing attenuated the sway and yaw excited by gap flow in side-by-side configuration.

The effect of splinting on aqbutment tooth distal movement was performed in vitro study. An acrylic resin mandibular model with missing 2nd premolars, molars and a removable partial denture framework were constructed. The roots of the canines, 1st premolars and edentulous ridges were coated with silicone rubber. A modified Ney Surveyor was used for vertical load appkication, and abutment tooth distal movement were measured with a dial gauge with four conditions of splinting methods were tested by applying unilateral vertical loadings. The results are follows; 1. The magnitude of abutment tooth distal movement on the non-load side was less 40$\sim$69% than that occurred on the load side. 2. On the load side, reducing effect of splinting on abutment tooth movement in the condition of load side double abutment(30%), non-load side double abutment(10%), double abutments of both sides(40%) was compared with single abutments of both sides. 3. On the non-load side, reducing effect of splinting on abutment tooth movement in the condition of load side double abutment(5%), non-load side double abutment(22%), double abutments of both sides(59%) was compared with single abutments of both sides. 4. The magnitude of abutment tooth distal movement in the condition of double abutments of both sides was less 40$\sim$59% than that in the condition of single abutments of both sides.

Recently, not a few study of the Ki-gong therapy, but that is in the point of the view in Taoism and Ki itself. So, it thought that the study in comparison Ki-gong(Taoism) theraphy to Oriental Medicine is insufficient. In this condition, many side effect on Ki-gong therapy are caused by the Ki-gong therapist without qualification. And I thought much of that there are manu description of the Ki-gong therapy and the side effect in the body on the book written Ki-gong, and that there are many relation the Ki-gong therapy without medical experience. Them I give a report of the result that study of the Side effect on Ki-gong therapy. The results were as follows ; In Ki-gong therapy; 1. The side effect is caused by the Ki-gong therapy without harmonized medical experience. 2. In the training of Ki-gong, Body reaction is to classify normal reaction and abnormal reaction. 3. The side effect on Ki-gong therapy is to classify grade I, grade II and grade III. 4. The medical treatment of the Ki-gong therapy's side effect have to use the Oriental Medicine and the Ki-gong therapy by medical experienced therapist.

Objectives : This study was performed to examine the patterns and to prevent the side effects of CF Herbal Acupuncture treatment Methods : We observed 10 patients who complained the side effects of Herbal acupuncture CF and 2 healthy men for the sake of examine the cause from the August 17 to 24, 2001. Results 1. All of the patients complained severe pain, redish, and edema on the side of injections 2. We were able to witness decrease in pain, redish, and edema, after 2days of injection. After 4days, we were unable to any side effects. 3. According to the clinical studies, we came to determine that the CF herbal abstract which caused the side effects were manufactured between 4 to 13 days, August 4. We assume these side effects were caused by minute quantity of toxin remaining in the screw pressor mixed with the CF herbal abstract.
