크리이프에 의한 과실 포장입자의 층적 내구성 분석 (Stacking Durability Analysis of Fruit , Packaging Boxes by Creep)

  • Allowable stacking duration of the corrugated fiberboard boxes being widely used for packaging fruits and vegetables was analyzed by the creep behavior and the cumulative load correction factor for the boxes. The stacking boxes were assumed to be stored at a nearly constant temperature and relative humidity condition. When the stacking duration was short period, the stacking height determined by two methods showed a little difference between them, but almost no difference was shown as the stacking duration was longer. Allowable stacking duration was rapidly decreased with the increase of static load applied on the stacking boxes, and allowable stacking duration of Box A was estimated the longer than that of Box B. A model of allowable stacking duration for the corrugated fiberboard box was developed as a function of the stacking load and the ambient relative humidity.

산물퇴적 청과물의 송풍저항 특성 (Resistance to Air Flow through Fruits and Vegetables in Bulk)

  • The resistance to air flow through fruits and vegetables in bulk was an important consideration in the design of the pressure cooling system. The amount of resistance to air flow through produce in bulk normally depended upon air flow rate, stacking depth, porosity, stacking patterns and shape and site of product. But, there was not enough information relating the effects of those factors on air flow resistance. The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of stacking depth, stacking patterns, porosity and airflow rate on airflow resistance and to develop a statistical model to predict static pressure drop across the produce bed as a function of air flow rate, stacking depth, bed porosity, and product size. Mandarins and tomatoes were used in the experiment. The airflow rate were in the range of 0.1~1.0 ㎥/s.$m^2$, the porosity were in the range of 0.25~0.45, the depth were in the range of 0.3~0.9m and the equivalent diameters were 5.3cm and 6.3cm for mandarins, and 6.5cm and 8.5cm for tomatoes. Three methods of stacking arrangement were used i.e. cubic, square staggered, and staggered stacking arrangement. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The pressure drops across produce bed increased in proportion to stacking depth and superficial air velocity and decreased in proportion to porosity. 2. The increasing rates of pressure drop according to stacking patterns with the increase of superficial air velocity were different one another. The staggered stacking arrangement produced the highest increasing rate and the cubic stacking arrangement produced the lowest increasing rate. But it could be assumed that the stacking patterns had not influenced greatly on pressure drops if it was of equal porosity. 3. The statistical models to predict the pressure drop across produce bed as a function of superficial air velocity, stacking depth, porosity, and product diameter were developed from these experiments.

Overview of High Performance 3D-WLP

  • Vertical interconnect technology called 3D stacking has been a major focus of the next generation of IC industries. 3D stacked devices in the vertical dimension give several important advantages over conventional two-dimensional scaling. The most eminent advantage is its performance improvement. Vertical device stacking enhances a performance such as inter-die bandwidth improvements, RC delay mitigation and geometrical routing and placement advantages. At present memory stacking options are of great interest to many industries and research institutes. However, these options are more focused on a form factor reduction rather than the high performance improvements. In order to improve a stacked device performance significantly vertical interconnect technology with wafer level stacking needs to be much more progressed with reduction in inter-wafer pitch and increases in the number of stacked layers. Even though 3D wafer level stacking technology offers many opportunities both in the short term and long term, the full performance benefits of 3D wafer level stacking require technological developments beyond simply the wafer stacking technology itself.

  • Sufficient Conditions are proposed herein for analytically obtaining fully orthotropic (A16=A26=0, Bij=0, D16=D26=0) laminate stacking sequences together with a brief literature survey. A number of specially chosen anti-symmetric balanced stacking sequences are analytically studied, in which all coupling stiffnesses including B16 and B26 are identically zero. Those specially chosen anti-symmetric balanced stacking sequences are then arranged symmetrically with respect to the laminate mid-plane to obtain a number of symmetric stacking balanced stacking sequences of which the elastic stiffnesses are fully orthotropic.

적층형 Bi-2223 고온초전도 선재 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on fabrication of stacking type Bi-2223 HTS tapes)

  • The critical characteristics of Bi-2223 HTS tapes made by PIT method are influenced by the heat treatment and the mechanical processing. In this study firstly we investigated the influence o rolling reduction rate in mechanical process for improving Jc of HTS tapes. As a result the optimized rolling reduction rate that we obtained was 10%-50% and 30%-30% (1st-2nd). And then we fabricated the stacking type HTS tapes that made of the multi-filamentary tapes with various length(3, 5, 10cm) and with various number of stacking (1, 5, 10 layer). Measuring the critical current and observing the structure of grain we concluded that the stacking type tapes will be able to operate more stably by adding the number of stacking tapes. And we could expect that by minimizing the gap between Ag-sheath of tapes mechanical strength of stacking HTS tapes is enhanced and current in tapes will flow more stably.

The Stacking Sequence Optimization of Stiffened Laminated Curved Panels with Different Loading and Stiffener Spacing

  • An efficient procedure to obtain the optimal stacking sequence and the minimum weight of stiffened laminated composite curved panels under several loading conditions and stiffener layouts has been developed based on the finite element method and the genetic algorithm that is powerful for the problem with integer variables. Often, designing composite laminates ends up with a stacking sequence optimization that may be formulated as an integer programming problem. This procedure is applied for a problem to find the stacking sequence having a maximum critical buckling load factor and the minimum weight. The object function in this case is the weight of a stiffened laminated composite shell. Three different types of stiffener layouts with different loading conditions are investigated to see how these parameters influence on the stacking sequence optimization of the panel and the stiffeners. It is noticed from the results that the optimal stacking sequence and lay-up angles vary depending on the types. of loading and stiffener spacing.

다단적재 복합들기 작업에 대한 NIOSH 단순들기 수식의 적용 모형 개발 (Development of an Application Model of Simple NIOSH Lifting Equation to Multi-stacking Complex Lifting Tasks)

  • The NIOSH lifting equation has been used as a dominant tool in evaluating the hazard levels of lifting tasks. Although it provides two different ways for each simple and complex lifting task, the NIOSH simple lifting equation is almost used for not only simple tasks but also complex tasks. However, most of lifting tasks in industries are in the form of complex lifting. Therefore some errors occur inevitably in the evaluation of complex lifting tasks. Among complex lifting tasks, a multi-stacking task is the most popular in lifting tasks. To compensate the error in the evaluation of multi-stacking tasks by using the NIOSH simple lifting equation, a set of calculations for finding LIs(Lifting Indices) was performed for the systematically varying multi-stacking tasks. Then a regression model which finds the equivalent height in simple lifting task for multi-stacking task was established. By using this model, multi-stacking tasks can be evaluated with less error. To validate this model, some real multi-stacking tasks were evaluated as examples.

  • 단일 분류기보다 우수한 성능을 얻기 위해 다수의 분류기들을 결합하는 방법은 폭 넓게 이용되어 오고 있는 기술이다. 하나의 다중 분류기 시스템(MCS)를 구축하는 일은 두 가지 해결해야 할 문제들을 가지고 있다. 하나는 다양한 기반-레벨의 분류기들을 어떤 방법으로 생성하느냐 하는 것이고, 다른 하나는 이들의 예측을 어떤 방법으로 결합하느냐 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 다중 분류기 시스템들인 bagging, boosting, 그리고 staking의 특징들을 살펴본 다음, 새로운 다중 분류기 시스템들인 stacked boosting, boosting, bagged stacking, 그리고 boosted stacking들을 제안한다. 이들은 기존의 다중 분류기 시스템들의 장점들을 결합한 일종의 하이브리드 다중 분류기 시스템들이다. 새로 제안한 다중 분류기 시스템들의 성능을 평가하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 UCI KDD 데이터 아카이브에서 제공되는 서로 다른 9가지의 실세계 데이터 집합들을 이용하여 실험들을 전개하였다. 실험 결과, 본 논문에서 제안한 하이브리드 다중 분류기 시스템들, 특히 bagged stacking과 boosted stacking이 기존의 다중 분류기 시스템들에 비해 우수한 성능을 보여 주었다.

  • 전해질 고분자인 polyvinylsulfate(PVS) 및 polystyrenesulfonate(PSS) 존재하에서 나타나는 methylene blue(MB) 및 acridine orange(AO)의 metachromasy현상을 각각 분광학적 방법으로 연구하였다. P/D값의 변화에 따르는 meta-band의 특성적 변화는 stacking이론에 의하여 설명하였으며 PVS-dye계의 stacking효과는 PSS-dye계의 그것보다 더 강하였거 MB가 AO보다 더 강한 stacking효과를 나타냄을 발견하였다. 전에 제안한 바 있는 평면구조의 방향색소들이 수용액속에서 형성하는 dimer의 모형과 dimension을 근거로 고분자사슬 표면에 결합되어 있는 색소분자들의 stacking 모형을 제안하였으며 이 모형을 제안하였으며 이 모형은 여러 연구자들에 의하여 밝혀진 실험적 결과와 비교 검토한 결과 합리적임이 발견되었다.

  • Modular housing has many advantages such as economy, flexibility and reusability. The domestic modular housing of a continuous stacking method has been built in military facilities, and dormitories. However, there is a limit to present diversity of low-rise multi-family housing. A cross stacking method is a way to pursue diversity of that but there is a difficulty to apply it owe to lack of cases and related technologies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest application techniques in design phase of applying the crossing stacking method in advance.
