볼락(Sebastes inermis) 통발의 망목크기와 혀그물 연결줄에 따른 어획 특성 (Fishing Characteristics of the Mesh Size and Flapper Connecting Line for a Rockfish Sebastes inermis Trap)

  • To develop a trap to prevent the catch of juvenile rockfish Sebastes inermis and bycatch, we compared the fishing characteristics of four traps with different mesh sizes (35 mm and 50 mm) and flapper connecting lines (FCL) (3 lines and 4 lines).The number of rockfish caught in trap 1 (35 mm, 4 FCL) was 200, and juvenile rockfish (15 cm or less) accounted for 49.0%. The number of rockfish caught in trap 2 (35 mm, 3 FCL) was 185, and juvenile rockfish accounted for 58.9%. The number of rockfish caught in trap 3 (50 mm, 4 FCL) was 82, and juvenile rockfish accounted for 4.9%. The number of rockfish caught in trap 4 (50 mm, 3 FCL) was 68, and juvenile rockfish accounted for 22.1%. The total catch (bycatch rate) in trap 1, trap 2, trap 3 and trap 4 was 565 (64.6%), 637(71.0%), 260 (68.5%) and 276 (75.4%), respectively. The catch per unit effort (CPUE) for juvenile rockfish in trap 1, trap 2, trap 3 and trap 4 was 0.8, 0.9, 0.0, and 0.1 individuals/trap, respectively. The CPUE of bycatch in trap 1, trap 2, trap 3 and trap 4 was 2.9, 3.6, 1.4 and 1.7 individuals/trap, respectively.

채집법에 따른 연엽산 일대 딱정벌레목의 출현상 비교 분석 (Comparison of Occurrences of Coleoptera by Three Sampling Methods in Mt. Yeonyeop Area, Korea)

  • 2004년 4월부터 9월까지 총 6개월 동안, 강원대학교 학술림내 연엽산 일대의 딱정벌레목의 출현상을 채집방법에 따라 조사하여 비교하였다. Sweeping에 총35과 151종 690개체가 나타났고, light trap에 30과 148종 689개체가 출현하였으며, 그리고 pitfall trap에는 총18과 112종 1674개체가 채집되었다. 채집방법별 건중량은 pitfall trap (181.46 g), light trap (39.85 g), 그리고 sweeping (10.89 g)의 순으로 나타났다. Light trap으로는 크기가 작고, 비행성이 강한 Coccinellidae, Nitidulidae, Scarabaeidae 등이 주로 출현하였으며, 7월에 종수가 가장 많았다. 또한 pitfall trap의 경우, 크기가 크고, 육식성 또는 부식성인 Carabidae, Silphidae, Staphylinidae종류가 많이 출현하였다. 특히 가장 많은 개체수가 채집되었지만, 종수는 상대적으로 적었다. 그리고 sweeping의 경우 식식성이거나 미소 곤충을 포식하는 작은 크기의 Chrysomelidae, Curculionidae, Coccinellidae등이 많이 출현하였고,5월에 종수가 가장 많았다. 채집방법간 유사도 분석 결과, Jaccard's index의 값이 light trap-pitfall trap에서 0.07, light trap-sweeping에서 0.10,그리고 pitfall trap-sweeping에서 0.01로 상관성이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 각 채집방법에 따른 효과는 모두 달랐으며, 다양성 연구 시 세 가지 방법 모두를 사용하는 것이 타당하다고 본다.

동해안 울진해역 원통형과 장구형 고둥통발의 혼획 및 투기 실태 (Bycatch and discards of the whelk trap in the Uljin waters, East Sea)

  • Experiment was set up to analyze bycatch and discards situation including snow crap Chionoecetes opilio of whelk trap. Four types of trap were used: drum type trap with PE net; drum type trap with PBS net; cylinder type trap with PE net; and cylinder type net with PBS net. Three funnels were attached in drum type trap and two funnels were used in cylinder type trap. A fleet of traps was consisted with one hundred traps. 25 traps of each type were set on a line in repeated sequence. Field experiments were conducted with 6 fishing operations in the Uljin waters, East Sea in July 2014. Catch of target whelks were 173,261 g and catch rate was 48.7% of total catch, while bycatch were 182,571 g, 51.3% of tatal catch. The catch rate of bycatch was 2.6% higher than that of target catch. Bycatch weight of snow crap was the highest as 142,987 g and formed about 40.2% of total catch, followed giant octopus, Enteroctopus dofleini, 31,762 g (8.9%). Bycatch rate of cylinder type trap was 2.3 times higher than that of drum type trap. Discard rate (discard/(discard+landing)) was 43.6%. Discard rate was the highest at cylinder type trap with PBS net as 63.1%, followed cylinder type trap with PE net as 47.9%, drum type trap with PE net as 33.4%, the lowest at drum type trap with PBS net as 22.1%.

The Establishment of Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor-associated Protein1 (TRAP1) Transgenic Mice and Severe Fat Accumulation in the Liver of TRAP1 Mice during Liver Regeneration

  • Introduction: Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1 (TRAP1) is a mitochondrial heat shock protein (HSP), which belongs to HSP90 family. It plays important roles in regulating mitochondrial integrity, protecting against oxidative stress, and inhibiting cell death. Recent studies suggest that TRAP1 is linked to mitochondria and its metabolism. In this study, we established TRAP1 transgenic mice and performed partial hepatectomy (PH) on wild-type (WT) and TRAP1 transgenic mice to investigate the function of TRAP1 during liver regeneration. Results and Discussion: We found that TRAP1 was highly expressed in liver as well as kidney. In addition, liver regeneration slightly decreased together with increased fatty liver and inflammation at 72 hr after PH in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. Concomitantly, we observed decreased levels of p38 protein in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. These results suggest that TRAP1 plays a critical role in liver energy balance by regulating lipid accumulation during liver regeneration. Conclusions and Prospects: To our knowledge, we reported, for the first time, that liver regeneration slightly reduced together with increased fat accumulations after PH in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. Concomitantly, we observed decreased levels of p38 protein in TRAP1 transgenic mice compared with WT control group mice. Overexpression of TRAP1 might affect liver regeneration via disturbing mitochondrial function leading to fatty liver in vivo.

여성농업인 리더의 생애경험을 통한 심리적 장애요인에 관한 소고 (A Pilot Study of Rural Women Leader's Psychological Trap for Getting Some Informations to Reinvent One's Life)

  • This is a pilot study on rural women's psychological trap to define some obstacles to self directed learning. During few decades, according to major crop of each farm household has shifted from rice to other crops like as vegetables, fruits, horticultures, livestock, etc., women's role or labor sharing of women in farming has been also increased. Although women are important human resources, till now, there is no a research or an approach to rural woman on the view of individual human being. Therefore this study will contribute to understand woman's behavior or attitudes based on psychological description at each person's experiences. For this study, the data was collected from 23 women leaders who participated in a training course in 2005, through the scale of Jeffrey E. Young & Janet S. Klosko which was developed to improvement of one's repetitious behavior based on cognitive psychological care. It was categorized into 11types of psychological trap of one person, named as follows; (1) trap of being deserted by someone (2) trap of disbelief and being ill-treated (3) trap of weakness (4) trap of dependence (5) trap of emotional deprivation (6) trap of feelings of alienation among society (7) trap of deficiency (8) trap of anxiety to failure (9) trap of subordination (10) trap of the merciless standard by self-estimation (11) trap of the sense of privilege. From the data, the average age of subjects was 52.8years old, and the educational back of subjects was higher than general rural women. In both of the trap of weakness and the trap of the merciless standard by self-estimation, the ratio of over and 4 point score of 6 points was 71.4% and 76.2%. It means most of subjects have experienced fear of unexpected calamity(trap of weakness), and mental press hard for efforts to meet one's ideal standard(trap of the merciless standard by self-estimation). Especially the trap of the merciless standard by self-estimation may have relation with rural women's over burden from farming and local society activities.

Charge pumping method를 이용한 MOSFET소자의 Trap분포 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 charge pumping method에서 사용되는 변수들의 변화를 이용하여 hot carrier stress가 MOSFET소자의 oxide내에서의 trap 분포에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 연구하였다. trap 분포를 확인하기 위해 스트레스 전 후에 reverse bias와 주파수에 따른 trap의 양을 측정 하였다. 스트레스 전과 후에 reverse bias와 주파수가 감소할수록 trap이 증가하는 모습이 나타났고, 스트레스 후에는 전과 비교하여 전반적으로 trap의 양이 증가하였다. 또한, 스트레스 전과 후에 MOSFET소자의 trap density는 center region에서 $2.89{\times}$10^10에서 $1.64{\times}$10^10으로 감소하였고, drain region에서 $2.83{\times}$10^10에서 $5.26{\times}$10^10으로 증가한 것을 확인하였다. 이는 reverse bias와 주파수의 가변에 따라서 trap의 공간적 분포를 측정할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

통발에 대한 낙지의 입망 행동과 어획성능 (Entering behavior and fishing efficiency of common octopus, Octopus minor to cylindric trap)

  • The behavior patterns of common octopus, Octopus minor to a cylindric trap were examined in the water tank using a video camera in order to know entering mechanism to the trap and to improve it. Fishing efficiency by 2 kinds of traps(A: 3 entrances, B: 2 entrances) was investigated in the coastal area of Deugryang Bay from May to July, 2005. Common octopus tends to approach by swimming more than walking towards trap. When they approached to the trap, they showed much more behaviors that sate at the around than upper part of it. Approaching behaviors of common octopus was more vigorous at nighttime than daytime on the trap, they showed the most vigorous action between 2 am and 4 am of the day. The rate of staying 30 seconds over around the trap was 41.5% in the nighttime. CPUE(g/trap) of common octopus caught by A type trap was 21.4% higher than the B type trap but there was no difference on the significance level of 5% by the ANOVA. Catch rate of common octopus and by-catch species caught by the A type trap were 97.2%, three and 98.7%, two for B type trap, respectively.

트랩 종류와 수간내 위치가 광릉긴나무좀, Platypus koryoensis(딱정벌레목: 긴나무좀과) 포획에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Trap Type and Location on Tree Trunk on Platypus koryoensis (Coleoptera: Platypodidae) Trapping)

  • 참나무시들음병 매개충인 광릉긴나무좀 (Platypus koryoensis (Murayama)) (Coleoptera: Platypodidae) 모니터링에 활용 가능한 트랩 종류, 색, 설치위치가 포획수에 미치는 영향이 조사되었다. 조사는 경기도 파주시 광탄면에서 수행되었으며 끈끈이 평판 트랩과 다중깔때기 트랩 두 종류 트랩이 이용되었다. 조사된 두 트랩의 종류는 광릉긴나무좀 포획수에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 끈끈이 평판 트랩의 경우 노란색, 검정색, 흰색, 투명색으로 시험한 결과 트랩색이 광릉긴나무좀 포획효율에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 끈끈이 평판 트랩과 다중깔때기 트랩 모두 수간내 경사 위쪽과 아래쪽에 설치된 경우, 산의 경사 위쪽에 설치한 트랩에 유의하게 많은 수의 광릉긴나무좀이 포획되었다. 이는 두 가지 트랩이 모두 광릉긴나무좀 모니터링 및 방제에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다.

다상모델을 이용한 탁도계 버블트랩 내부 유동장에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Flow Fields of Bubble Trap of Turbidimeter Using the Multiphase Model)

  • The objectives of this study are to examine a bubble trap mechanism of the turbidimeter for low turbidity and to acquire it's technology concerned. Reynolds-Averaged Wavier-Stokes equation and Laglangian discrete phase model were applied to analyze a flow field in the bubble trap. 3D hybrid grid system was used to simulate the flow field of bubble trap and numbers of it's node point are about 110,000. From the comparison between the standard $k-{\varepsilon}$ model and the laminar state, it was found that the former estimated less the velocity in the outlet of bubble trap than the latter did, and that the former estimated more the shear stress at the wall of bubble trap than the latter did. And, it was possible to visualize the path of bubbles in the bubble trap and to copy the removal process of bubbles out bubble trap. Also, it was found that nearly most of bubbles in the bubble trap disappeared.

실리콘 산화막의 트랩 밀도에 관한 연구 (A study on the Trap Density of Silicon Oxide)

  • 본 논문은 서로 두께가 다른 실리콘 산화막의 스트레스 바이어스에 의한 트랩밀도를 조사하였다. 스트레스 바이어스에 의한 트랩밀도는 인가 시간 동안의 전류와 인가 후의 전류로 구성되어 있다. 인가 시간 동안의 트랩밀도는 직류 전류로 구성되었으며 인가 후의 트랩 밀도는 계면에서 트랩의 충전과 방전에 의한 터널링에 희해 야기되었다. 스트레스 인가 동안의 트랩밀도는 산화막 두께의 한계를 평가하는데 사용되며 스트레스 인가 후의 트랩밀도는 비휘발성 기억소자의 데이터 유지 특성을 평가하는데 사용된다.
