Validity of the stationary bootstrap of Politis and Romano (1994) is proved for U-statistics under strong mixing. Weak and strong consistencies are established for the stationary bootstrap of U-statistics. The theory is applied to a symmetry test which is a U-statistic regarding a kernel density estimator. The theory enables the bootstrap confidence intervals of the means of the U-statistics. A Monte-Carlo experiment for bootstrap confidence intervals confirms the asymptotic theory.

Using variational methods, Krasnoselskii's genus theory and symmetric mountain pass theorem, we introduce the existence and multiplicity of solutions of a parameteric local equation. At first, we consider the following equation $$\{-div[a(x,{\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}){\nabla}u]\,=\,{\mu}(b(x){\mid}u{\mid}^{s(x)-2}-{\mid}u{\mid}^{r(x)-2})u\;in\;{\Omega},\\u\,=0\,on\;{\partial}{\Omega},$$ where Ω⊆ ℝ^N is a bounded domain, µ is a positive real parameter, p, r and s are continuous real functions on ${\bar{\Omega}}$ and a(x, ξ) is of type |ξ|^p(x)-2. Next, we study boundedness and simplicity of eigenfunction for the case a(x, |∇u|)∇u = g(x)|∇u|^p(x)-2∇u, where g ∈ L^∞(Ω) and g(x) ≥ 0 and the case $a(x,\,{\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}){{\nabla}u}\,=\,(1\,+\,{\nabla}u{\mid}^2)^{\frac{p(x)-2}{2}}{\nabla}u$ such that p(x) ≡ p.

I found following idea, as a result of researching his Science idea, mainly, by translation of the "$Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n$ $Xu\acute{e}$ $Sh\acute{u}$ ssu $hsi\acute{a}ng$ "(張錫純 學術硏究). $Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n$ regarded $ch\tilde{u}ng$ $ch\bar{u}ng$ $ts'\bar{a}n$ $hs\bar{l}$' (衷中參西) as the core idea of The Chinese-Western medical combination. He didn't segregate philosophy of the West from One of the Orient. He persued to harmonize each other and thought that the Western medicint theory is included in the Chinese one in many parts. besides, He recognized that it is bad to reject each other, for the medical science's purpose is to save a life, and united The Chinese-Western medicine theory, by $ch\acute{u}ng$ $ch\tilde{u}ng$ $ch\bar{u}ng$ $ts'\bar{a}n$ $hs\bar{l}$'(衷中參西) idea which refers to consult the Western medicine on the basis of the Chinese one. Medical basic theory of $Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n$ brought up new views of the theory : Dae-gi(大氣), gi-Hwa(氣化) theory, Nongangubgan byung juing chi(論肝及肝病證治), Eum her chijung ja bi(陰虛治重滋脾). Lim Sangeung yong(臨床應用) of Hyul Her gub(血虛及)-Hwal Hyul Hwa $\breve{u}$ bub(活血化瘀法), on the basis of classics, such as, "$N\breve{e}i$ Ching"(內經), "Chin Kue $\breve{i}$ $y\bar{a}o$ $l\ddot{u}{\bar{e}}h$, "Shen $n\acute{u}ng$ $p\breve{e}n$ $t\acute{s}{\check{a}}o$ ching"(新農本草經) etc. I'll sum up $Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n's$ clinical idea now He unified Sang Han(像寒)-On Byung(溫病) with Yuk Kyung Byung Jung(六經辨證) and It was noticiable to utilize a kinds of Baek Ho Tang(白虎湯). He gave a detailed description about a method of grasp the symptoms of the cause of the internal medicine diseases and pathology and, he left abundant views of theory about using remedy and experience of clinic.

This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

The purpose of this study is to map mineral and coal (Minerba) policies by analyzing the law and producing research novelty on mineral and coal governance policies in Indonesia with the Theory U approach. This study uses a qualitative research with the U theory approach. The results of the SNA analysis indicate that good mineral and coal governance must be carried out at various levels, from micro to macro. First, related to regulations on mineral and coal governance at the macro level. Regulations regarding the management of mineral and coal need to be carried out with a deeper evaluation related to the tax system, licensing system, increased value added and downstreaming and mineral and coal funds. The second is related to the regulation of mining management in the meso level. Third, related to the management of mineral and coal at the micro level, it is necessary to conduct more stringent supervision of the impacts caused by the mining sector of the Minerba. In addition, surveillance is also carried out as per law in order to avoid harmful behavior for both the company and the state. The originality of this research is the theory of U in the Mining Law research.

This paper is concerned with the existence of solutions to the following fractional differential inclusion $$\{-{\frac{d}{dx}}\(p_0D^{-{\beta}}_x(u^{\prime}(x)))+q_xD^{-{\beta}}_1(u^{\prime}(x))\){\in}{\partial}F_u(x,u),\;x{\in}(0,1),\\u(0)=u(1)=0,$$ where $_0D^{-{\beta}}_x$ and $_xD^{-{\beta}}_1$ are left and right Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals of order ${\beta}{\in}(0,1)$ respectively, 0 < p = 1 - q < 1 and $F:[0,1]{\times}{\mathbb{R}}{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ is locally Lipschitz with respect to the second variable. Due to the general assumption on the constants p and q, the problem does not have a variational structure. Despite that, here we study it combining with an iterative technique and nonsmooth critical point theory, we obtain an existence result for the above problem under suitable assumptions. The result extends some corresponding results in the literatures.

We consider a 1-dimensional reaction diffusion equation with the following boundary conditions arising in a theory of the thermal explosion {-u"(t) = λf(u(t)), t ∈ (0, l), -u'(0) + C(0)u(0) = 0, u'(l) + C(l)u(l) = 0, where C : [0, ∞) → (0, ∞) is a continuous and nondecreasing function, λ > 0 is a parameter and f : [0, ∞) → (0, ∞) is a continuous function. We establish the extension of Quadrature method introduced in [8]. Using this extension, we provide numerical results for models with a typical function of f and C in a thermal explosion theory, which verify the existence, uniqueness and multiplicity results proved in [6].

As great attention is given to a high quality of English education in Korea, more and more in-service and pre-service English teachers are looking for an opportunity to study in an English speaking country to become better qualified teachers. However, after receiving a degree in an English speaking country, many teachers fail to apply what they have learned to their own teaching due to their tensions of identity, beliefs, knowledge, and professionalism within the changes of sociocultural settings. By using sociocultural theory as a theoretical framework, this paper explores how formal training and Ph.D. studies in the U.S. have influenced a Korean teacher educator in applying theory to practice in relation to her identity, beliefs, knowledge, and professionalism during 30 years of her teaching experience. Rather than facing tensions, the teacher educator has been willing to change her roles, broaden and deepen her beliefs in teaching and knowledge about theory of teaching and learning, and continue her professional development. Limitations and implications of the study are provided.

In this paper, we consider the following $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$-Kirchhoff-type equations $\[a+b\({\int}_{{\mathbb{R}}^N}({\mid}{\nabla}u{\mid}^2+V(x){\mid}u{\mid}^2)dx\)\][-{\Delta}u+V(x)u]=f(x,u)$, in ${\mathbb{R}}^N$. Under certain assumptions on V and f, some new criteria on the existence and multiplicity of nontrivial solutions are established by the Morse theory with local linking and the genus properties in critical point theory. Some results from the previously literature are significantly extended and complemented.

Voloxidizer for hot cell demonstration that handle spend fuel of high radiation virulence in limited space should become a small size and not scatter in its exit. This study determine optimum velocity of $U_3O_8$ using Newton-Raphson Method. We have conducted fortran programing on the Newton-Raphson Method, obtained a theory results and, predicted optimum velocity on the particle size distribution of $U_3O_8$. We have conducted experimentation using acrylic experimental device for verification of theory method, sampled and analyzed using the particle size analyzer In the results, we have found maximum $5\~7\%$ error rate in the comparative value of theory and experimentation. Optimum velocity and experimental results of $U_3O_8$ for scatter prevention have applied for design of demonstration voloxidizer, and produced operation condition of voloxidizer.
