This paper presents the lateral stability criteria for integrated chassis control. To determine the intervention timing of chassis control system, the lateral stability criteria is needed. The proposed lateral stability criteria is based on velocity-yawrate gain domain to determine whether vehicle is stable. If the yawrate gain violates the proposed criteria, the stability of the vehicle is considered as unstable. Characteristic velocity and critical velocity are employed to distinguish lateral stability criteria. The inside of the two boundaries is stable and the outside is unstable. If yawrate gain of vehicle violates the lateral stability criteria, the chassis control begin to intervene. To validate the lateral stability criteria, both computer simulations and vehicle test are conducted with respect to circular turn scenario. The proposed lateral stability criteria makes it possible to reduce intervention of chassis control system.

Objectives: We aimed to compare the external herbal dispensary (EHD) evaluation criteria for pharmacopuncture and the Korea Good Manufacturing Practice (KGMP) sterile medicine standards to contribute to the establishment of quality control criteria for pharmacopuncture. Methods: We obtained the KGMP standards from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the pharmacopuncture certification criteria from the Ministry of Health and Welfare of South Korea. The EHD evaluation items were classified into three categories: facilities, quality control, and validation. The evaluation items were compared with the KGMP sterile medicine criteria to determine their conformance with each other, followed by a discussion among the committee of six experts and their consensus to suggest the items to complement the EHD evaluation criteria. Results: Among the KGMP sterile medicine criteria, 44 were related to the management of the facilities, and 32 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (66.7%). Fifty-eight KGMP criteria were related to quality management, and 42 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (72.4%). Twentyfive KGMP sterile medicine criteria were related to validation, and 11 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (44.0%). Sixteen items under the pharmacopuncture EHD criteria corresponded to the KGMP sterile medicine criteria based on the consent of the experts. Among these, 4 were related to facility management, 6 were related to quality control, and 6 were related to validation. Conclusion: For the safety and quality control of pharmacopuncture, there is a need to select the criteria for the mandatory items among the proposed pharmacopuncture-EHD criteria laws and systems to ensure that the pharmacopuncture materials are produced under the pharmacopuncture-EHD in compliance with the relevant requirements. More studies are needed to secure the safety level of pharmacopuncture materials corresponding to that of conventional medicine.

Today, the control and criteria of design for apartment site are heavily dependent on laws and ordinance in Korea. But they are indefinite and some part which are deficient in laws and ordinance, are dependent on professional judgement. So trey are not consistent and there are many problems in their applications. The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental date for the future establishment of better control and criteria, by way of evaluation method about existing control and criteria of design in apartment site in the country. The method of this study is reviewing the present laws and ordinance, carrying out the questionaire survey and making a comparative analysis by doing various statistical analyses. The results of this are as follows; 1) More definite criteria of site density are necessary. 2) Stricter criteria and control about the orientation are indispensible for more efficient use of site. 3) More diverse facilities must be provided. 4) The laws and ordinance must be strengthened for the purpose of increasing the landscape area. 5) It is desirable to provide the criteria of bicycle road to save energy. 6) The facilities criteria for the physically handicapped must be strengthened. 7) The mechanism for the reflection of habitant's attitudes and beliefs should be established. 8) It's necessary to simplify the permission procedure to save tilde and money.

DNV crane criteria are specially designated for the vessel equipped with lifting crane to cover the risk during the crane operation. Based on the DNV crane criteria, the crane performance shall be decided. The weight control has great importance in the management of vessel's design for crane vessel. To evaluate limitation of lightship weight and the effect of design changes sufficiently, the lightship allowable VCG curve was used. The optimization process was carried out for generation of the lightship allowable VCG curve due to the difficulty coming from the characteristic of DNV crane criteria. This paper includes the introduction to the DNV Crane criteria and optimization process for evaluation in aspect of lightship weight and VCG.

본 연구는 LQR을 Robust하게 설계하는 방법을 다루었다. Unstructured Perturbation에 대응하기 좋으며 쉽게 다룰 수 있는 주파수 응답형 LQR criteria 선정법과, LQR의 변형으로서 Structured Perturbation에 대하여 유효한 Performance Criteria Insensitive Control을 제시하고 효과를 살펴보았다.

한국군은 국방시설기준이 정립되어 있으나 대부분 시설위주의 설계기준에 중점을 두고 작성되어 있다. 특히 정보통신분야에서는 세부적인 기준은 제시하지 않고 대략적인 수준으로만 제시되어 있다. 미군의 경우 1990년부터 각 군이 공통적으로 적용 가능한 시설기준에 대하여 통합시설기준서(UFC : Unified Facilities Criteria)를 완성해 모든 사업에 공통적용 할 수 있도록 설계기준을 제시하고 있다. 특히 정보통신분야에서는 시설분야와 연계해서 건물내부체계는 미군의 기지통신 기반구조설계기준(I3A: Installation, Information, Infrastructure Architecture)과 시스템에 대해서는 기지 및 캠퍼스지역 네트워크설계기준(ICAN : Installation and Campus area Network)과 비교를 통해 우리군의 지휘 통제시설 및 일반/행정시설에 대한 바람직한 설계기준선을 제시한다.

This study aims to investigate laws and standards(including technical guidelines) related to safety criteria for 22 kitchen machines frequently used in commercial kitchens. The study was based on literature survey, interviews with charge persons in kitchen machines manufacturing companies, cafeteria providing group meals and relevant association, and web surfing. The results showed that there are two types of safety criteria such as legally forced ones by laws and optional ones by national industrial standards or technical guidelines. High pressure safety control act, safety control and business of liquefied petroleum gas act and city gas business act prescribed gas use apparatus safety criteria, rational energy utilization act did those of pressure vessel such large rotary caldron, industrial health and safety act did those of food processing machinery, and electrical appliances safety control act did those of electrical kitchen appliances. Compulsory or optional standards or guidelines related to safety criteria for kitchen machines were presented by 22 kitchen machines. Safety devices shown in the laws, standards and guidelines were also summarized by kitchen machines and their risk factors.

This paper examines the interpolation algorithms and error criteria using stateline based control architectures that is proposed in the University of British Columbia. The main purpose of this paper is checking the influences of jerk in error criteria and judging several interpolation algorithms that are used for positioning. The performance of the extended error criteria and interpolation algorithm are demonstrated by simulation. It is found that a slight improvement was achieved by applying jerk in the error checking criteria and that spline interpolation yields stable result.

This study is intended to evaluate the characteristics of smoke spreading and the appropriateness of evacuation time extended by operation of smoke control system during fire within the underground space of the building structured in compliance with the smoke control system performance criteria from the local fire safety standard, which has been currently applied to the buildings in Korea. Using the heat release per unit weight of the combustibles, a numerical analysis both in case of smoke control system in operation and the system not in operation was carried out at the several different shopping malls. From the viewpoint of securing the evacuation time, the results were compared in an attempt to assess the appropriateness of the fire safety criteria.

This paper describes the development of portable arousal measurement and analysis system. Skin impedance change which responds to the change of arousal level was detected by the three elctrode constant current method and separated into two components(SIR, SIL). Relationship between Nz, IRI and arousal level was studied and criteria of arousal level control was decided by the sleep study. Measured data with and without warning signal were compared and analyzed.
