"동무선사사상약성상험고가(東武先師四象藥性嘗驗古歌)"의 연원(淵源)과 의의(意義)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the ${\ulcorner}$DongMuSunSaSaSangYakSungSangHumGoGa${\lrcorner}$'s Origin and Meaning)

  • I think that the study on the ${\ulcorner}$DongMuSunSaSaSangYakSungSangHumGoGa${\lrcorner}$ of ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGo${\lrcorner}$ is basic material explaining the character of sasang-herb and prescription. Through the study on the ${\ulcorner}$DongMuSunSaSaSangYakSungSangHumGoGa${\lrcorner}$'s origin and meaning, I can take the result as follows. The first, that is composed of total 237 herbs of 90 spleen-herb (Soeumin-herb), 61 kidney-herb (Soyangin-herb), 67 lung-herb (Taeeumin-herb) and 19 liver-herb (Taeyangin-herb). The second, the origin of that is ${\ulcorner}$JeJungSinPyun${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$BangYakHapPyun${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$EuiHakIpMum${\lrcorner}$. And DongMu classified traditional YakSungGa as spleen-herb, kidney-herb, lung-herb and liver-herb which is suitable to Sasangin, not created that. So we can know that the first understanding for DongMu' s herb is focused on the traditional YakSungGa. The third, DongMu's unique terminology of spleen-herb, kidney-herb, lung-herb and liver herb show his sight of symptom, disease and pharmacology, that is focused on small JangBu. The forth, through herb-nature gathered from traditional YakSungGa, that purposed to classfying each constitutional herb. So we can know his idea that the choice of herb is not in general efficacy but in personal constitution. As mentioned abovet, that can refer to an herbal argument of DongMu and ${\ulcorner}$DongMuYooGoYakSungGa${\lrcorner}$ that make known to be common can refer to an prescriptional argument of DongMu.

The Research on Herb and Its Allocation Form in Landscape

  • In order to provide a scientific foundation for herb application in landscape, the photographs were taken from the herb landscape in urban green space and sightseeing garden. The questionnaire-based survey was also applied to analyze the cognitive situation of herb. Most investigators love herb, but have a low level of herb; Interviewees' consideration of herb function lie in ornamental, healthcare and medical treatment; The bulk of the visitors think herb landscape is insufficient; Investigators' preferences for herb application forms are landscape edging and combining with stone. We also probe into the optimum allocation form combining herb with landscape elements. When we combine herb with landscape water or landscape architecture, artistic conception and reasonable plant allocation should be considered; When we combine herb with landscape path or garden ornament, reasonable plant disposition and appearance and practical collocation should be thought over; When we combine herb with flower-border, richly colored landscape and reasonable plant allocation should be deliberated on.

  • Through the study, these are found out about "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" and Sanghanmun of "Hayangyakjibsungbang". First of all, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a Korean hreb book that contains only the herbs that were produced or cultivated in Korea. Secondly, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a practical herb book which widened its use in Korea. Third, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a practical herb book that was convinient for people.   • This paper studied the premodern Chinese Medical Herb Market and commercial culture by analysing the structure and management of Qizhou(祁州) Medical Herb Market, the most representative herb market of the Qing(淸) Dynasty. The merchant of Qizhou(祁州) Medical Herb Market developed 'guild halls(會館)' or 'regional merchant groups(地域商帮)' and form a strong regional bond. These local merchants brought medical herbs from their hometown to Qizhou(祁州) to sell, and bought herbs that were not produced in their hometown or valuable medical herbs from Qizhou(祁州) Medical Herb Market. Qizhou(祁州) Medical Herb Market was a space of various types of business managements. The major business of Qizhou(祁州) Medical Herb Market was herb trade but merchants of other related industries were also active. The thtive of 'Wu Da Hui(五大會)' reflects this.

허브를 첨가한 양파김치의 관능적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sensory Characteristics of Herb Onion Kimchi Differing in Herb Content)

  • In this study, various kind of onion herb kimchi differing in herb contents were prepared. Sensory evaluation indicated that rosemary was best of all for the tested herbs. By the sensory analysis, it seemed that 0.5% addition of fresh herb powder for onion kimchi was most preferable and 2% addition was not acceptable. Hot spice of onion was remained when kimchi was prepared but it disappeared as storage time elapsed. According to texture analysis, hardness decreased as storage time elapsed for onion kimchi without herb, but the degree was mitigated for onion herb kimchi.

본초 목록을 이용한 방제의 본초 구성 자동 추출 방법 (Automatic Extraction Method of Compositional Herb Using Herb List)

  • Objectives : Many keyboarding staff are required for compositional herb data entry from ancient documents. It's the most difficult thing to build DB. So, we have studied to solve this problem. Methods : We have used Windows 7 and Access2013 for automatic extraction compositional herb in the Taipinghuiminhejijufang(太平惠民和劑局方). First of all, we have made synonyms list of herbs and list of herb volumes notation. And than we have analyzied order of arrangements between names of herb and notations of herb volume. Results : We have analyzied a part of prescriptions in the Taipinghuiminhejijufang(太平惠民和劑局方) (519 prescriptions). After 91 seconds, we can complete automatic extraction of compositional herb from 519 prescriptions. Conclusions : If we can analyzie order of arrangements between names of herb and notations of herb volume, we can automatically extract compositional herb of prescription from ancient documents.

Systematic network analysis of herb formula in Traditional East Asian Medicine discloses synergistic operation of medicinal herb pairs with statistical significance

  • Traditional East Asian Medicine (TEAM) prescriptions typically consist of several herbs based on the assumption that the herbs operate synergistically and/or cooperate on several related pathways simultaneously. This is a general concept that is widely accepted in TEAM, but it has not been tested systematically. To check this assumption statistically, we have text mined traditional Korean medicine text the Inje-ji(仁濟志, Collections of benevolent savings), a text that contains more than 5000 herb-cocktail prescriptions. We created herb-pairing network based on herb-herb pairing specificity and performed a systematic network analysis. Herbs were shown to be used selectively with other herbs and not randomly. Moreover, herb pairs were more specifically associated with symptoms than were single herbs. Single herbs and combinations of herbs specifically used for diabetes mellitus were successfully identified. As conclusion, herb-pairings in TEAM are not randomly constructed; instead, each herb was selectively used with other herbs. In terms of statistical significance, herb pairs were more specifically associated with symptoms than were single herbs alone. Collectively, these results suggest that it may be important to understand the interactions among multiple ingredients contained in herb pairs rather than trying to identify a single compound to resolve symptoms.

  • This study proposes the following directions on the basis of results gained from a survey in Yamanasihyun Kawaguchikocho, where the herb festival is successfully held, in order to activate the local economy by herb. 1) The herb education for person in charge in the local authorities, the promoter of herb festival, has to be preceded and the local residents should try to understand what the herb is. 2) For a successful herb festival in the aspect of local economy and environmental conservation, detailed basic study and publicity including human -, natural environment, ecological conditions for herb should be peformed. 3) Herb event should have various programs and formats to arouse the user's interest and should be a place for environmental education.

  • In order to establish utilijzation of medicinal herb as vegetable by Hydroponics, the present studies were conducted to investigate the effect of temperature and light on the seed germination ofmedicinal herb. The results obtained are summaried as follows. The lower and upper temperaturelimit for herb germination was 10'c and 30'c within which the optimum was 20'C. Germinationof medicinal herb was similar in light and dark condition.

개량 한방제제(Herb Mix Gold®) 첨가가 산란계 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Herbal Recipe Herb Mix Gold® on the Performance of Laying Birds)

  • 한방제제 Herb $Mix^{(R)}$(Herb BIO Co.)에 당귀, 작약, 천궁을 강화한 개량 한방제제(Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$)의 상대적 효능과 적정 첨가 수준을 결정하기 위해 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 시험은 45주령 산란계(Hy-Line Brown) 720수를 대조구 포함하여 총 6개 처리구로 처리당 6반복 반복당 10케이지, 케이지당 2수씩 수용하여 난괴법으로 배치한 후 5주간의 사양 시험을 실시하였다. 처리구는 대조구(T1), Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구(T2), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1% 첨가구(T3), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구(T4), Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3% 첨가구(T5) 그리고 항생제 $Avilamycin^{(R)}$ 2%를 함유한 $Avilamix^{(R)}$ (CTC BIO Co., Ltd)를 0.03% 사용하여 6 ppm 첨가구(T6)를 두었다. 실험 결과 산란율은 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구가 가장 높았으며(P<0.05) 다음으로 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.3% 첨가구, Herb $Mix^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구, Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.1% 첨가구, Avilamycin첨가구 그리고 대조구 순이었다. 산란 지수도 산란율과 같은 경향이었으나 통계적 유의차는 없었다(P>0.05). 난중, 연파란율, 사료 섭취량 및 사료 요구율과 계란의 품질 평가 항목인 난각 강도, 난각 두께, 난각 색깔, Haugh unit 및 난황 색깔에서 처리간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 장내용물 중 Cl. perfringens와 E. coli의 수는 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 적었고 Lactobacilli의 수는 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 첨가구들이 높은 경항을 보여주었다(P>0.05). 백혈구 (WBC) 수와 heterophil(HE)의 경우 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 적었으며 림프구 (LY)의 경우 모든 첨가구들이 높은 경향을 보였다(P>0.05). Stress indicator로 알려진 HE/LY는 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가구에서 낮은 경향을 나타냈다(P>0.05). 적혈구나 헤모글로빈은 모든 첨가구들이 대조구에 비해 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 특히 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2%구가 높은 경향을 나타내었다(P>0.05). 결론적으로 산란 생산성 개전을 위해 Herb Mix $Gold^{(R)}$ 0.2% 첨가가 적당하다고 사료되며, 이는 선발 원료로 강화된 한방제제가 장내 미생물 균총, 혈액 내 백혈구 및 적혈구 수에 유익하게 미치는 영향에 기인한 것으로 사료된다.
